  It's a no, find somewhere else to stay

  So was OK?! ...first impression when arrived was , it was a hostel! But made most of it.My biggest issue was that stupidly I left iPad on the bed in my rush to leave, I called the receptionist, they had found it, but after several phone calls and emails later promising they would get cost for postage and we would of course pay, they haven't and it's not the iPad particularly it was all our children's photos on it we would like back. So it's a no from us!, stay somewhere else who actually care about thier guests!. Lei ha lasciato il suo iPad in camera nascosto tra il materasso ed il coprimaterasso con sopra lenzuolo e cuscino, mi permetta di ringraziarla per la poca fiducia , per ritrovarlo dopo la sua chiamata questo suo nascondiglio ha ritardato la possibilità di trovarlo. Lei NON ci ha informato dove lo avesse nascosto. Dopo averlo cercato in tutta la camera, non trovandolo, abbiamo dato il permesso alla cameriera di entrare in camera e smontando il letto è stato ritrovato.Questo come punto 1 .2) Appena ritrovato abbiamo contattato LHOST a cui abbiamo fornito il vostro indirizzo mail e fisico.A comprova siamo dotati del biglietto n. K001719084 che la compagnia ci ha rilasciato in attesa di processare la pratica di restituzione.sino a ieri eravamo fantastici, questo è scritto nelle vostre mail, oggi leggo il vostro orribile e non vero commento.Noi carissima Signora siamo abituati a prenderci cura dei nostri clienti, come sempre ha fatto la compagnia LHOST .Evidentemente c'è qualcos' altro che vi disturba.La Direzione comunque NON intende accettare questo vostro commento infondato e malevoloTanto le dovevo,Buona giornata

  Useful location. Basic but clean.

  Useful location close to water bus stop and restaurants.great little bakery nearby for breakfast. Not the busiest area so not too noisy. Basic but clean and good place to rest when not exploring.   A small room on the 1st floor (up 1 flight of stairs). Rustic and authentic. Great location a short walk from the train station. Excellent restaurants everywhere.   This hotel is the worst. They have bed bugs crawling in every room. We had to change rooms twice and found bed bugs in all of them and we spoke with other guests who also had the same problem. When we went to the manager with this issue he was extremely rude and verbally assaulted us and tried to kick us out in the middle of the night and said it was all our fault. He screamed and got in our faces and we were very afraid. If you are a woman travelling alone here or as a group please go anywhere else. And again THEY HAVE BED BUGS!!! LOTS OF BED BUGS!!!! Please stay away for your sake! luigi checchini, Altro at Hotel Minerva & Nettuno, responded to this review Dear Miss,it would be more correct to start from the beginning.you came down from the room long after your arrival, almost at midnight, claiming that there were bed bags in the room and showing a video, made with your mobile phone, which was absolutely anonymous and gave no way to recognize the room, where 1 bedbag appeared .My colleague offered you to change the room and gave you a double room and a single room.Then he went up to the room indicted by you for the expected check and to his great surprise he found the sockets of the room (2 to be exact) completely broken and torn from the wall, which cost us, the next day, 150 Euros of labor and 70 Euros of electrical material.After a few minutes you came down from the new assigned rooms and you complained that even those were full of bed bags and you said you wanted to change hotels.My colleague informed you that on his check in the first room he had NOT found bedbags but that, on the other hand, he had found the plugs broken and torn off to which you replied that you found them like this.It may be that my colleague was rude, but you must agree that, faced with such indelicacy on your part, his anger is partially understandable.You say you have spoken to other customers who have confirmed your allegations and I wonder why these customers have not made the same complaint to us and by the way after midnight how many customers have you spoken to?Last note: you weren't kicked out of the hotel, you decided to leave.My colleague found a room for you in a 3-star hotel, warning you that it would cost more and that, given what happened, we had no intention of accepting the difference.Which you accepted.If you want, I will go on to say that to close the situation you were informed by my "rude" colleague that we, in order to accommodate you, would not have requested payment from the booking platform while now the platform tells us that we have to pay more than 500 Euros for a construction of excuse me things in part not absolutely true.

  A Hellish experience. Do not go to this dirty hole full of bugs and very rude reception even if it was for free you will regret it. We have booked a double room for two nights and we ended up staying only one as we woke up and our bed was full ticks that were dining from our bodies all night long. Of course we decided to leave the hotel although we had prepaid one more night. The reception was so rude unwilling to refund us or even say sorry for what happened. They basically said it was not their fault as other guests brought the bugs with their luggage. Don't stay at this hotel at any cost !!!
