Location

The NH Laguna Palace is located on the Venice mainland approximately 12 km from Venice Marco Polo International Airport and 1 km from Venezia-Mestre train station. This sleek hotel sits on the waterfront in the urban center of Mestre. As such, guests will find plenty of local attractions within walking distance, or by taxi, water taxi or bus. From NH Laguna Palace, guests can reach Venice in 10 min.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 376 non-smoking rooms located in a 5-storey main building and an auxiliary building. Multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. There are a number of shops as well. Children can enjoy the playground. Additional facilities include a TV room.     I stayed two nights in this hotel because of a fan meeting and the overall experience was really pleasant. I loved the room (spaceous and comfortable), the amenities, the bar, the restaurant, the friendliness of the staff especially in reception. The airconditioning probably needs upgrading though, it's my only criticism.

    Very bad accommodation experience, the ceiling leaked and the floor was wet.     Staff let us check in early and were very accommodating and friendly. Easy to get to Venice/from the airport, though cab prices (not related to hotel) not always cheap. Room itself was spacious, clean, with a great shower.     Booked this hotel after traveling for over 12 hours, excited to get a good nights rest. Arrived after 1030pm and there were kids running up and down the halls, yelling, screaming, and slamming doors until all hours of the night. Called the front desk to ask them to ask those guests to quiet down which he said he would do. It never stopped so I asked again, he said the concierge wasn’t available to ask them to quiet down. The cleanliness of the hotel was absolutely horrible….there were stains all over the floor and headboard which was disgusting. We were honestly afraid to even lay in the beds. Would never ever stay at this place again and now probably won’t stay at this brand anywhere. Paid almost $300 for one night and it was the worst night of our 3 week long trip.
