  We loved:Perfect central location in VeniceAuthentic Venetian atmosphereFriendly and welcoming hospitalityCould be improved:Beds are very hard → a top mattress would helpSoap dispenser leaking into the sinkSeveral broken lightbulbs and bathroom details (toilet seat, holder)Noise from air conditioner in Room 101 (very disturbing, not fixed despite requests)Entrance could feel more inviting (furniture, hidden laundry/trash)Overall: A charming and authentic hotel. With a few small fixes it could be an excellent stay.

  HOTEL PHOTOS ARE A LIE

  1/5 Stars - ONE NIGHTMARE AT HOTEL NOEMI VENICEOur stay at the Noemi Hotel in Venice was a complete disaster and we were totally scammed and abused. The photos on their website and on booking sites like (booking.com) are a total misrepresentation of the hotel - nothing matches the reality. These booking sites are posting fake or misleading photos, scamming people into booking a hotel that doesn't live up to its online image or its promise of service ir standards.The entrance was a mess, with trash and peeling paint everywhere. The suite we booked resulted in a booking of a room that was so tiny dirty and not a reflection of the online promise , the bed rested on a shower that was basically unusable and you had to climb over the bed. And the price? 570 euros for one night? Outrageous. We had booked the biggest suite but were scammed with a matchbox room that was dirty and poorly maintained that room eas advertised on their site for a 1/3 of the price we paid.When we complained, the manager on duty was loud and aggressive and when ee demanded a refund he sudenly pretended not to speak English, avoiding any responsibility and blaming the owner. He gave us the ieners number and The owner dodged our calls, telling us to contact the police to resolve the issue. We did call the police, and they revealed that they're frequently called due to guest complaints about being scamed here i have the details of the policeman. Even the restaurant mentioned numerous guests complaining about being scammed at this hotel and being unhappy.The hotel then tried to bribe us with 50 euros the next morning and a complimentary breakfast, forcing us to sign a letter which we signed we do not accept.When we showed up for breakfast, the receptionist had a meltdown. To add insult to injury, (BOOKING.COM) refused to assist us in getting a refund. I'd advise others to avoid (BOOKING.COM) and other sites that enable these deceptive practices.Don't believe the photos on the Noemi Hotel's website or on booking sites. Don't waste your money on this dump. Find somewhere else to stay, and use a more reliable booking platform.Rating Breakdown:Cleanliness: 1/5Comfort: 1/5Service: 1/5Value: 1/5Overall: 1/5Will I return? No way.

  *1/5 Stars - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!*My stay at the Noemi Hotel in Venice was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The photos on (link unavailable) and their website are a SCAM. Not a single photo accurately represents the hotel. It's like they're trying to deceive you into booking.The entrance was a nightmare - scattered with black bags and rubbish, and a tiny staircase leading up to the entrance. The paint on the walls was peeling off, setting the tone for the rest of our stay.The room was ridiculously small, with barely enough space to turn around. The shower was a joke - no warm water, and it was so small and stuffy that it was impossible to bend down. We paid a whopping 570 euros for ONE NIGHT, and this is what we got? Unacceptable.We booked breakfast thinking it was included, but nope, it wasn't. The photos of the breakfast room on their website were laughably different from reality. It's clear that the photos on their website are all fake.The cherry on top was the unhelpful and unfriendly guy at reception. When we asked for a refund so we could look for other accommodation, he refused point-blank. What kind of hospitality is that?*DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT BOOK THE NOEMI HOTEL IN VENICE.* Spare yourself the pain of disappointment and find somewhere, anywhere else to stay.   Very good location, right next to St Marks. Always felt safe walking nearby, decent complementary breakfast.Room quite small, old, tired looking - but has attached bathroom toilet which is great.Self checkin was alright, would have been nice to have someone physically there.Overall, a decent budget hotel in a nice location.
