Location

This hotel is located only approximately 700 m from the Mestre motorway. The Mestre-Via Miranese exit can be reached on the A4 motorway from Milan to Trieste. The hotel is around 1.5 km from the train station and only some 15 min from Marco Polo airport in Tessera. This is an excellent location both for business travellers and tourists, since the most beautiful areas and cities in the Veneto can easily and quickly be reached from here, such as the Riviera del Breanta, Padua, Treviso, Verona, and Vicenza. Restaurants, bars, and nightclubs are all to be found close by. Venice is within comfortable reach only some 20 min away. The hotel also has very good public transport connections with a stop right in front of the hotel. The no.7 Mirano bus departs every ten minutes and arrives in the centre of Venice some 20 min later.

Facility

5 apartments, 3 single rooms and 17 double rooms are available to guests in a 2-storey main building and 2 auxiliary buildings. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock.     Genuine Review - Very Nice Hotel

    Mother and Daughter trip to Venice staying at Hotel Nuova. Very nice Hotel. Basic but nice room, comfortable beds and very very clean. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast offered a great selection even for the fussiest of eaters. Bus stop straight to Venice from the end of the road. approx 15-20 minutes. They also offer airport transfers, which is much cheaper than taxi's at the airport. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is: They did not turn the air conditioning on in the room when you returned to the hotel in the evening; we asked for it to be turned on. It was turned off before we left to go out during the day. That said I still highly recommend this hotel, great value for money.     We were lucky and slept in a renovated room. Bright and clean. The bus drive to old city Venice takes you about 20 minutes. The bus stop is just 1 minute walk from the hotel. Bus tickets are available at the reception. The service staff was friendly.     Could have been better

    We had booked a family room for 4. Did not expect it to be so cramp. Was a warm week with temperatures at 19°c and more somedays but hotel had shutdown aircontioning because October onwards was classed as colder months. No room for negotiations there!! so had to sleep with windows opened and put up with traffic noise from the main road 60 feet away! WIFI signal was weak and disconnected very often. Carpet was needing a good wash really dirty. Fridge was outdated and door wouldn't shut properly and set at very low temp. On positive side beddings were clean, fresh towels every day. Staff very polite and helpful. Dinning/restaurant was spotless and good breakfast spread.     Nice hotel at Mestre

    We stayed for two days in Mestre and visited Venice. Rooms are good but we got the old rooms facing the road. Location of hotel is next to busy street in the heart of Mestre. Venice is easily accessible with direct buses and bus stops right in front of the hotel. It takes around 35 minutes to Venice based on the traffic. Receptionist was so helpful and they provided us bus ticket to Venice as well.     We arrived late at the hotel after a long drive, and saw the private parking. There was only one spot which was hard to get with our big car, and the receptionist saw us trying to park, and came out to direct us! He then helped us with our luggage, checked us in and took us in the elevator directly to the room. A welcoming and nice receptionist!The room was clean, breakfast had much choice, and the hotel is 20 minute bus ride (ask the receptionist for discounted tickets) from Venice and the bus stop is just outside the hotel.
