    Great location near the San Tomà Vaporetto stop and walking distance to central attractions. Breakfast and canal access were nice, but the hotel needs better cleaning, the staff was unfriendly, the beds and pillows were uncomfortable, and there was a lot street noice at night.

    A Wonderful Stay!

    We stayed at Palazzetto Madonna for three nights in April. It was a wonderful hotel! We booked a suite with a canal view, which was very nice. Yes, there was a little noise outside each morning when boats were unloading products. The bed was a little form for our taste. But it was a lovely room with a great view, and we thoroughly enjoyed it.The hotel arranged for pickup at the airport and private transportation directly to the hotel for 200 euro. I know we could have done it cheaper ourselves, but after a 10 hour flight, it was awesome to see our name on the sign and be escorted directly to the hotel. It was our first time in Venice, so taking a water taxi through the Grand Canal and then right to our doorstep was an awesome experience. It was easy and stress-free, and I would do it again. There is a vaporetto station just around the corner, with no steps or bridges in the way. We used this to get to the train station at the end of our stay, and it was very easy and much cheaper.The breakfast here was very good. Lots of variety. The hotel staff was excellent. Everyone we met was friendly and helpful. We liked the location of the hotel. Close enough to everything, but out of the main tourist crush. We highly recommend this hotel.

    Wonderful stay at the Palazetto Madonna Hotel - Venice

    To find the hotel, take the water bus to S. Toma, then follow the path—first left, then right—and you’ll see the hotel nestled alongside the canal. The sign isn’t very obvious, but once inside, the entrance is beautiful and welcoming.The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. We stayed in room 111 on the first floor, which opens into an impressive area with mirrors and a stunning table with elegant chairs. The room itself had a brick wall view, but the décor more than made up for it—complete with a gorgeous chandelier above the bed that was simply stunning. Our only minor complaint was that the room felt quite warm (even in April), but opening the window helped to cool it down.Breakfast was excellent, freshly prepared every day, with plenty of choice: toast, bacon, eggs, croissants, ham, cheese, yoghurts, and fresh fruit—something to suit every taste.Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Palazzetto Madonna and would definitely return. Thank you to the team for making our visit so memorable! ❤️

    Amazing Historical Art Hotel.

    Palazzetto Madonna is at a great location on the water canal in south San Polo District. Pretty quiet neighborhood and close to centre.Atmosphere is historical and very peaceful.The room was very clean and excellently supported by the staff. Air conditioning didn't work or "wasn't turned on until May" az said by the reception, which was a bad experience because they keep the rooms and hotel interior super hot. We couldn't sleep with the windows closed, and otherwise a lot of mosquitoes came in through the windows, because there aren't mosquito shields on the windows. I implore the hotel management to fix this issue and everything will be perfect.The value for our room was a bit too much for the room exceptionally , because it was a small room without balcony - just bed, tv and bathroom without air conditioning for the season. But overall the prices are good, a bit more than avarage. It is a central spot and it is normal to be a bit more costy.Room amenities were perfect and room service was perfect. Included breakfast was delicious and excellent breakfast service with same foods every morning.

    Locating the hotel was a nightmare, google map and asking the locals did not help. Hotel was good but the room too small . Breakfast and hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean
