Location

Located on Riva del Carbon, in the San Marco district, an old Doge's residence, the hotel is set in a historic building right next to the Rialto Bridge. Guests can walk to St. Mark's Square in less than 10 minutes. The Rialto vaporetto stop is just outside the Palazzo Bembo. It is just 200 m to Rialto, enlivened by the famous fish market, old shops and market stalls, an extraordinary place rich with pubs and restaurants.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 6 rooms, including 2 junior suites and 2 double rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions.     This was the best hotel ever! Location right beside Rialto bridge on the water. 2 minute walk to water taxi and 1 minute to pizza and gelato! 12 minute walk to most things you want to see in Venice. Honestly it was like staying in a historical mansion with modern amenities. The painting the grand piano and the beds were awesome. It’s a very upscale feel and the breakfast was amazing! Nutella filled biscuits, omelets, fruit, lots of coffee choices! There was an art exhibit in the floors beneath the rooms and it was free. Fantastic! For the $$$ well worth every penny for location, food and advice from the manager. A+ for cleanliness and the service was fantastic! Do yourself a favor and stay at this magnificent hotel!

    Great central location as we walked to all of the sites. Our room was perfect and overlooked the Grand Canal. We could look out at all the lights after dark and just watching the water traffic was entertaining. The morning breakfast was filling and tasty!

    Making a long story short we will surely return to palazzo Bembo!!!! It was our first visit to the palazzo but definitely not the last!!!!we chosen palazzo Bembo after reading the criticism in trip advisor and they were exactly right!!!! Mattias the receptionist from minute one , until the last moment was there with his smile, good mood and professionalism to help us in the best way he could. Our last day that we left early morning he arranged from the night before to leave breakfast in the refrigerator so we eat something before we leave. Breakfast was small but handmade and delicious, the breakfast assistance was a polite and good mooded lady, and the hotel thought it was an old palazzo , was smelling cleaness!!!!! The room was a pure venetian design palazzo room, and the view from the breakfast room was on the grand canal. A supermarket was located underneath the hotel so we had every we wanted, and right out of the hotel were a water taxi, goldola and vaporeto stations. Piazza San Marko was in fifteen minutes distance, and the market was right behind the hotel. Last but not least the ratio value for money was perfect!!!!I would like to thank all the palazzo Bembo stuff that made our vacations fantastic..... see you next time in Venice!!!!

    We found this hotel on TripAdvisor and all the reviews were spot on it is a fantastic hotel.The hotel is in a great location by the Rialto Bridge and only a few steps from the Rialto Ferry stop.The staff are all so very nice and professional and all speak excellent English.We had room 101 which is a junior suite with views overlooking the canal.It is a lovely big room with a comfortable and a very large modern bathroom. The AC was great.Our booking included breakfast which was a good way to start our day. Any style of eggs, cereal, pastries, yoghurts, pancakes, fresh fruit, juices,coffee etc.

    The Hotel staff kept me informed and was very accommodating even before arrival. I traveled to Venice for my birthday and the hotel and its staff made it an unforgettable experience. The building is gorgeous , excellent location.The receptionist organized for me having an aperitif and breakfast at the Palazzo Priuli (which is a partner hotel ) quiet corner. AMAZING. The atmosphere , the food and the staff were just unbelievable. Thank you.The breakfast at the hotel is served in a beautiful room, with a view to the canal . Alicia was the kindest receptionist you could hope for . Attentive , polite , helpful , friendly and impeccably dressed . Thanks Alicia , you are a star . I simply loved it and would recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to enjoy the great Venetian hospitality .
