Location

The hotel is located in the heart of Venice, overlooking the Cannaregio canal. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Venezia Santa Lucia Train Station. Vaporetto waterbuses on line 1 stop 400 m away. Cà D'Oro and Rialto can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. Treviso Airport and Venice Marco Polo International Airport are around 40 km and 15 km away, respectively.

Facility

6 rooms, including 3 double rooms, are available to guests in a 4-storey main building and an auxiliary building. Multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Perfect for us in Venice!

Great hotel in a quiet area overlooking one of the canals. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great! Two outstding restaurants within 100 feet of the hotel! We took an overnight trip from Arezzo to Venice and this hotel worked out very well for us. Highly recommend!

We chose this hotel, because it was decent(but crowded) walk away from St.Lucia Railway Station and there were 2 different Water Bus stations right next to the hotel(Crea and Guglie). Charning old place, with colorful history(check Palazzo Cendon Wikipedia page). Friendly service and lovely room with a balcony facing Canal. Shower wasn't the best one I've been and also some construction noise outside, but overall nice 2 night visit.

The palazzo is a great example of history in the city of Venice. It has been remodeled from a 15th century palazzo into very comfortable accommodations, with AC. It is very close to the Jewish ghetto and walkable to the entire city. In the Cannaregio district of Venice, so much quieter than the St Marks area but convenient to all sites of the city and to the Guglie vaporetto stop, if needed. The St Lucia train station is a 10 minute walk. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The Italian breakfast is very fresh and served very nicely. There are plenty of restaurants that are very close for dinner. We love Venice and had a great time!!

We went during the first week of June and had perfect weather! The front desk was very nice. The room was much bigger than what we expected. We made sure we had a balcony over looking the canal so we could sit out during the evening. Overall we had a good experience here.

A lovely place to stay in Venice!

My sister and I had a lovely time in Palazzo Cendon! .The staff couldn’t have been more helpful - they emailed us clear directions how to get there from the bus station, stayed up late to let us in when our flight was delayed, and printed our return boarding cards with no fuss. The location was very convenient and the nearest restaurant was great.
