    Location was good the room I paid for was a junior suite with a canal view🥴 the only way to get the view was to hang out the window but only do this if you have someone to hold onto you. There’s no outside area so only your room to sit in there’s no other amenities only breakfast so it’s not a hotel just a bnb it’s my husband 60 birthday present from me he wasn’t impressed with the ( room) and said I should have booked a hotel so don’t expect a hotel if you book here the breakfast room is outside the room so you won’t sleep past 7am and you walk straight out of your room to people sitting beside you’re bedroom door eating breakfast so upset with my choice if I could have left ad stayed somewhere else I would have but I couldn’t afford to do this so put up with my room for 7 days if you want a hotel this isn’t one

    We love this hotel. The location is just perfect We have stayed many times and always choose a junior suite in the annexe, (if available ask for one of the two rooms with the wooden floors). Breakfast is a simple affair served in a small dining area within the annexe making it feel quite private. Having a front door key and being able to come and go as you please gives the feeling of living like a Venetian for a few days. There are many brilliant little bars and restaurants and two major Vaporetto stops within easy walking distance.Valentina is great in the main hotel reception and Mery and Emanuela are just brilliant in the annexe. Thanks for the excellent coffee Mery! We will be returning later this year.

    A hidden gem of a B&B hotel.

    This charming B&B hotel is an absolute gem. Hidden away on a quiet canal away from the crowds but with just a quick walk to both the vaporetto and the airport water bus. The rooms are adorned with the Venitian decor that gives a historic feel but still includes all the modern amenities. Comfortable furnishings and our junior suite was quite large with a beautiful view of the canal. Staff is delightful and available 24/7. The breakfast is outstanding and such a value. Hot and cold protein items, fruits and vegetables and an assortment of fresh breads and choice of coffees or teas. The chichetti bar just a few steps from the hotel is a popular local eatery. The ice cream shop around the corner is also a local favorite. All the tourist sites are within easy walking distance or the water bus stops. This hotel is truly a special find.

    Top location near Accademia, excellent price-quality

    We spent 3 wonderful days (Mid-November 2025, not too many visitors in Venice) in Palazzo Guardi. Price-quality is really excellent, big rooms and bathrooms, location in Dorsoduro could not be better (absolutely quiet during the nights, 1 minute from Accademia museum and bridge, countless excellent restaurants for every budget within 5, 10 or 15 minutes walking distance towards Rialto bridge, passing University Ca Foscari, 10 minutes walking to La Fenice theatre, a few more minutes to Piazza San Marco). All in all, Palazzo Guardi is an excellent choice and we will sure come again. Peter & Anna B. from Vienna, Austria.
