Location

The city hotel has a wonderful location; only a few minutes walk from the ""Campo San Lucas"". This is one of the most exclusive squares in Venice and serves as a popular rendezvous point with its array of shopping and entertainment venues.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 10 rooms and 3 suites. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service and a safe are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus. Complimentary newspapers are available. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested.     Room is so small i ran into ny selfActually 1 ft around bed and furniture. Bathroom was ok But for the price, woukd not do it again

    We absolutely loved our stay here. Christian at the front desk was most accommodating with great tips and information. We were a group of three and needed a larger room and ours was perfect. Comfy beds, full tub in the bath...and we had the only room that had a balcony (tiny but very cool). The location is great, easy to get to from the vaporetto and easy walking to everywhere. Would stay again...in fact we look forward to it.

    There are several factors that make this hotel a great choice for Venetian visitors.For one, the location is very central.The Rialto and Piazza San Marco are short walking distances. The vaporetto stop, Rialto, is close to the hotel.Secondly, Christian and everyone there are very helpful, knowledgeable about the city transport options, the city history and give great advice when asked. Even the cleaning people are very welcoming and accommodating.They are top rated in that regard.If there is a con, I would say the room was a little tight but room sizes in general tend to be smaller in Venice.

    Its a well positioned hotel. Very close to San Marco Plaza, about 5 min walk. The room is a bit small but considering you mostly just use it to sleep because you spend all day outside, its decent. The bathroom is good and the cleaning lady comes everyday to change towels and clean the room. She is very nice. We asked for an iron and they helped us with that. Nice guys And very helpful working at the reception.

    We liked this hotel a lot. We were in the La Scala location just around the corner from Bella Venezia. The location was central, but also quiet. The room was beautiful with wooden beams and a clean modern washroom. The room was also big enough for me to do my morning Yoga routine:-) I think La Scala normally would have had a concierge directly in this location (there is a seat and niche office for this). But due to corona, it was unstaffed. So, we used the 24h reception at Bella Venezia for any questions we had. They recommended some excellent outings and booked our tickets.
