Clean, comfortable stay

I stayed in a 2 bedroom apt which is actually across the square from the actual hotel. The beds in 2nd BR are very small for an adult. But luckily we are small women. The front desk was awesome. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. We had a vey nice evening in the bar with Nadeem. He was very sweet and accommodating. The location was close to the San Angelo water taxi station, which was very convenient.

We felt comfortable and at home from the very first moment — truly an outstanding experience! The staff were incredibly attentive, helpful, and warm-hearted, which made our stay even more special. The location is also perfect. We would definitely stay here again. Absolutely recommended!

Absolute perfection from start to finish!

Our stay here was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived at the property, we were blown away by the breathtaking design and immaculate the place was. The aesthetic hits the perfect sweet spot between high-end luxury and warm, inviting comfort. Every corner of the hotel is spotlessly clean, beautifully styled, and clearly maintained with immense pride. What truly elevates this place from great to unforgettable, though, is the incredible staff, and specially Marco in the breakfast area with is incredible serving skills and eye for detail. Every single team member we encountered was exceptionally warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. From the seamless, friendly check-in which they anticipated our every need before we even had to ask. You can tell the team loves what they do, and that energy creates such a welcoming atmosphere. The facilities are equally top-tier. The apartment room was a quiet sanctuary—complete with a lush, comfortable bed, modern amenities, and thoughtful premium touches. Spending the afternoon making use of the jacuzzi and wellness facilities. We left feeling completely spoiled, and would love to come back. If you are looking for a flawless getaway with incredible service, then book this place immediately! Mr B and Mrs B
