    Awesome stay , comfortable and close to St Marks . I would recommend the water taxi transfer and Cosmin was awesome helping us when we arrived . Hotel staff were excellent in helping us book water taxis as needed

    Stayed in the junior apartment for 2 nights mid October. Easy to find and we were met by an amazing young man who said sit down and choose a welcome drink ! Music to our ears and started off our Venetian experience well. Our apartment was up 4 flights of stairs which really wasn't too bad but would only suggest for people who are younger and able to manage their own luggage.Apartment was in such an amazing location, King bed and 3 singles over 2 bedrooms, nicely decorated and very historic.All in all a very comfortable place to stay, Thank you !

    Excellent location! We were upgraded to an top floor spacious, beautiful apt with 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, bath and a dining room! Staff was awesome! Totally recommend this place!!

    Palazzo San Luca Venice exceeded all our expectations. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel incredibly welcome, and their dedication to guest satisfaction truly shone through every aspect of our stay.We were absolutely delighted when they upgraded our apartment, providing us with even more space and comfort. This thoughtful gesture set the tone for a truly memorable visit. They seamlessly arranged a private trip to Murano island for us, which was a fantastic and personalized experience we won't soon forget. Furthermore, they took all the stress out of our departure by arranging our transportation, ensuring a smooth and timely journey.Throughout our stay, the team was consistently kind and professional, providing us with timely and helpful information whenever we needed it. It's clear they genuinely care about their guests.     Great place to stay in Venice! A hidden but conveniently located gem!

    This was a great find for Venice (and I only wish we could have stayed longer). Although this is hotel is located just off a small and quite courtyard, it's very close to a Waterbus stop from the airport, as well as the Rialto Bridge and San Marco Square (it's a very convenient location). The staff was incredibly helpful and generous. When we arrived, we went to the wrong door, but someone came out and let us in. We sat down in the lobby/bar area while they checked us in. Even though we arrived several hours early, our room was ready and one of the staff members took our bags up to our room for us. They provided us with free cold drinks which was nice because we arrived during a bit of a heat wave. The room was clean with interesting curios pieces used to decorate the room. The bathroom was nicely updated and clean. We had to leave very early the next morning to catch a flight home and we were worried that the Waterbus would not get us to the airport in time, so the staff helped us arrange for a private boat to get us the airport, which was just one minute walk from the hotel (and he was very prompt and got us there in a very fast manner). We would definitely stay there again! Grazie!
