Location

This hotel is located in Lido, directly next to the coast and surrounded by plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and public transport connections. The beach is just 600 m away and the tourist centre, St. Marks, and a nightclub are located 1 km away. Marco Polo airport is also not far from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel was built in 1920. 22 rooms, including junior suites, 2 single rooms and 19 double rooms, are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock.     Lovely clean hotel. Room cleaned every day, with fresh towels and attention to detail ie/ fresh cups etc. Continental breakfast of cold meats, cheeses, cereals, pastries, fruit etc. comfy beds, lots of storage, toiletries etc also included. Lots of lovely restaurants/ bars and nice shops to browse nearby. Special shout out to the friendly and helpful staff !!! Downside: Noisy, inside the hotel and outside. It is very close to the water bus landing and bus station, so there is traffic/ boat noise more or less 24/7. Bring earplugs..

    We had a lovely 2 night stay in this hotel. The staff are so welcoming, lovey rooms, wonderful views and in a lovey area away from the hustle and bustle of Venice. The water taxi stop is right outside which makes everything so accessible. We would definitely stay here again

    We had a wonderful time staying at Hotel Panorama in Lido.Eugenio gave us a warm welcome upon our arrival and upgraded us to a lovely attic room on the top floor. Eugenio became like a friend to us, giving us lots of information that was useful throughout our stay which we fully appreciated. In fact all the staff were incredibly helpful and responsive to our queries.The hotel was in a convenient location, opposite the alilaguna and vaporetto water bus stops. It was easy to go across to Venice each day and we enjoyed disembarking at the Rialto Bridge stop as you get to take in the views along the Grand Canal.Breakfast was traditional Italian fayre with a selection of pastries, fruit, cheeses and hams, toast, cereals and yoghurts etc.Lido was quiet at this time of year but it has a good selection of shops, cafes and restaurants.We would both visit Hotel Panorama again as found it great to be away from the hustle and bustle of Venice. The friendliness of the hotel team is what sets it apart and we had the best, most romantic getaway.Thank you Eugenio and the team!     Nice hotel on island and easily accessible by vaparetto.

    We decided to stay outside of Venice and chose this hotel on the island of lido. Several vaparettos stop there. It is just steps from the vaparetto stop so it is bustling and a bit noisy but not too bad. The staff is just so friendly and welcoming even to Americans. Everyone spoke great English. The breakfast in the morning was outstanding with a lot of great choices. Rooms were nice and comfortable. The rates were great because it’s on an island outside of Venice proper.

    I liked almost everything except for a little noise from the boat station, but if your room has a view of the lagoon, it's magical
