  Fantastic Airport Hotel

  This hotel had excellent staff, very clean, modern updated rooms, beautiful outdoor sitting area overlooking gorgeous flowers and trees. Some rooms had a private sitting areas with tables and chairs. We stayed here one night because it was close to the airport and we had a flight the next day. Dinner in the restaurant was surprisingly good for a hotel dinner. One in our party ordered the sliced beef with french fries which was actually a strip steak and it was excellent. Only downside was my husband did not enjoy the pizza as it did have a very thick crust. Breakfast was fair. Book a spot on the shuttle and you’re at the airport in six minutes. Easily the best airport hotel I have ever stayed at.   Warning. Untrustworthy.

  The owner was untrustworthy and we feel we were duped. I made this reservation on expedia for a room that had a queen and a fold out couch (with photos). I realized the day we were to arrive, I booked it for one person, so I informed them there would be three. The owner called back to say it is a room has only one bed for 2, the couch does not fold out and they could not provide a cot since he had no housekeeping the rest of the day. He said I could book a second room for the third person or cancel altogether. I asked if he had a larger room for 3 and he said no but he described teh second room as a suite. When we checked in, the initial room did have a fold out couch and staff said they could provide us sheets, but we still would have to buy a second room (per the owner) to put the third person in a second room. The additional room they gave us was a 2 bathroom loft with a double bed on one floor and a bed on another floor, plenty of room for 3. We said we could easily fit into either room, but they refused. We arrived late and we had a 6AM international flight, so we felt forced to buy a second room for my teenage son. Just to warn you. The hotel was almost fully booked, we had no rooms ready and available for 3 people, and at that hour we no longer had housekeeping staff available to prepare the rooms. We would also like to point out that, despite having a sofa, the room is designed to accommodate a maximum of 2 guests.We promptly called you to explain the situation. It was us who suggested cancelling the reservation free of charge and recommended looking for a nearby accommodation closer to the airport that would better suit your needs. However, it was the guest herself who freely chose to book a second room with us.We are sorry the experience did not meet your expectations, but we believe we acted with transparency and helpfulness given the circumstances.

  Hotel shuttle service sucks.

  My wife and I stayed in this hotel for 1 night because of an early flight the next morning at the Venice airport. When I checked in I asked for a 4am wake up call because their shuttle to the airport was supposed to leave at 4:30, it was late by at least 6 minutes. Our flight was leaving at 6:10am. I NEVER GOT THE WAKE UP CALL. Good thing I set my alarm on my watch. We did make it in time for the shuttle. There was problem though with the shuttle, rather then dropping us off at the airport front door, they dropped us off in a parking lot at the airport. We are 80 years old so that took us at least 12 minutes to get inside the airport. So we didn’t even get into the airport much before 5am still having to find where to check in with my airline and then go through security. We made it in time, but no thanks to the hotel. Our room was nice and their restaurant was good, but the stress on me was not good. This is the official drop-off point assigned by the airport for all shuttles, and unfortunately, we are not permitted to drop passengers directly at the terminal entrance.However, we completely understand that at 80 years old, even a short walk with luggage can be challenging, especially under time pressure. We're glad you ultimately made your flight on time, though we recognize the experience caused you unnecessary stress.We're pleased to hear that you found your room comfortable and enjoyed our restaurant.   Excellent airport hotel

  The hotel is located around a 15 minute walk from Venice airport (around five minutes by taxi). A taxi cost 20 Euro (or you can pay 5 Euro per person in the hotel shuttle, but they usually come every 30 minutes). We stayed in an excellent two-floor room with two bathrooms (upstairs and downstairs, which included a jacuzzi ). The bed was very comfortable. The room was very quiet - no traffic or aircraft noises. The upper floor had a skylight (with a shudder). Breakfast was OK, but not much choice. The staff were very friendly. The rooms are located "motel-style" - you need to walk outside in order to get to the restaurant. This can be problematic in the rain (they supply umbrellas) and in the winter.   Really good and recommended hotel

  Such great and good surprise from hotel next to the airport Very nice place, quiet, nice rooms and the best of all is the amazing service from the workers. All of them always with a smile, helpful and ready to support and solve every wish or a problem. Plus they have a very good taxi service.
