    Great hotel with exceptional service. We went to Venice for my wife’s birthday and the hotel was right across the street of a bus station, food was decent and on my wife’s birthday they even left a birthday card and a bottle of wine. Absolute class.

    This a wonderful hotel that is an island of peacefulness in the hectic Venice area. It is a comfortable, clean, and quiet hotel with an excellent restaurant. However the real benefit of this hotel is competent welcoming staff who make one feel at home from the minute of arrival.

    Very nice small hotel with free parking, nice garden, good breakfast, bus stop 2 min away. We were in old Venice in 25 min. Very good value for money.

    Good location for Venice visit, very close to the bus station, it will take some 20-25 min to Venice. Great continental breakfast, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the bathroom has a great shower. It's clean, the bed quite hard, but you sleep well. A couple of minuses, the toilet seat was broken upon arrival, which should have been noticed by the cleaning staff, but it was fixed quickly when we contacted the reception. And in the bathroom were just 2 Kleenex tissues when we arrived, it was refilled the day after. All in all, very good.
