Location

Thanks to its position just a few minutes from the Quarto d'Altino motorway exit and less than 1 km from the Quarto d'Altino railway station, the hotel is easily reachable from most of the historical Venetian towns. Venice is just 25 minutes away, Treviso 20 minutes away and Padova just 45 minutes away, making it a perfect starting point for travelling in northern Italy. Marco Polo International Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 12 km from the hotel and Treviso Airport some 15 km.

Facility

33 rooms, including 2 junior suites and 30 double rooms, are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities.     When I was researching were I wanted to stay near Venice I diligently read hundreds of reviews and there were several mediocre or bad reviews about this hotel. Still, it clearly stated that it was in a more rural location, which is what I wanted. It stated that there were a couple of restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance and the description and information clearly provided convinced me that this was exactly where I wanted to stay. After spending 4 nights there I am truly baffled that anyone could have anything bad to say about this hotel. The country setting is just beautiful. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We stayed in standard double rooms, very basic but extremely comfortable. Our walks to the restaurants and supermarkets were thoroughly enjoyable. We rented bicycles for half a day and rode around the Sile River, the experience was amazing. We walked the 30 minutes to the train station a few times but there is a shuttle provided by the hotel for a low cost, we took advantage of that after arriving back at the train station one evening and feeling too tired for the walk, we called the hotel and even though we had not pre-booked, they still came and got us. The tranquility of this hotel was wonderful. If you're looking for a peaceful place to lay your head at night then this is were you should stay. There isn't anything bad I could say about this hotel. Highly recommend.

    We stayed at this great hotel for two days with family and friends. Great experience. The hotel has a beautiful large garden and is extremely well kept. Perfect hotel for a wedding or just a vacation. 25 kms from venice. Easy drive in and out of Venice

    We picked this hotel as we wanted to visit Venice but be able to come away after a day of crowds, we did 5 nights. So if your considering the same then read ahead, the hotel staff are lovely, all of them, the owner also very nice and helpful, There is a restaurant on site. It isn’t cheap, and was a bit to fancy for us, so we explore locally and found some (QB was very nice) so was madlys.The train station is around a 25 min walk, which isn’t to bad, but in the heat, and after a day walking in Venice the last thing we found was wanting to walk. The transport the hotel offers is €5 a person, not to bad, but does add up , we chose to pay for everything on the day as they offer to add it to room charges for the end of the stay, trains are around €4 each way a person to Venice. There is a supermarket 2 mins away to walk, which was helpful to stock up on water ect, as the hotel prices aren’t cheap (€5 for a can of coke) , although we found nothing really is cheap around this area. Rooms are nice, air con wasn’t cold , just brought it to a room temp, There was one night there was a party in the grounds which we didn’t know about, which was a bit annoying, The pool is small, more than 4 people and it’s cramped, but we only had half a day by there so wasn’t too bad for us. Food hotel offers is decent enough if you don’t want to go out. Overall a really nice hotel, lovely staff but not perfect but better price than some dives in Venice and close enough and easy enough to get into venice

    Despite the friendly staff. I cannot recommend this hotel. I booked it due to its apparent location to Trains and venice. Taking into account it being a 'luxury' hotel with a pool and spa with restaurants bar food and 24 hour bar. Also as it had a shuttle service.Breakfast was fine1.No shuttle at weekends and when you require it charges varied.2. No Pool ...pool on site empty covered and appeared derelict 3. Restaurants not open Tues or Wed so no food in evenings or snacks 24 hours as advertised. But they will shuttle you to a restaurant with other guests but will not pick up separately meaning you go back before you want to otherwise you feel.awkward making others wait for you.4.No aircon. Told it had been switched off5. No facilities in room no tea or coffee or kettle you can hire them6. hairdryer is about 60 years old...don't bother7. Not close to anything so unless you have a car you need to get.to the train station to get about but if back after 10pm you won't get back as no taxis so uber would be 20euro8. Nothing walkable apart.from supermarket next door9. No tv you can watch apart from news. We are not in a big city, we are not a big resort or a village with entertainments. We have a little swimming pool in the garden available in summer. But we are a family, smiling 4 stars hotel with big room with balcony to relax after a day visiting our region. We haven' t restaurant inside but there are a lot of options few metres far from the hotel (we have a shuttle service to reach them also available). Otherwise we have a bar that serve snacks with good quality. Last think: at the moment we have 4 degrees by night. Air conditioning is not necessary.
