    I could not recommend this Hotel.Very disappointed with this Hotel.I had booked one of the better rooms, requested a double bed and shower.On arrival, my room was so hot, I tried the air conditioner but it was not working.The receptionist explained that as it was not summer anymore, October!,the Air Conditioner was turned off.I had to open windows to cool the room and sleep with them open, so light , noise and mosquitoes.2 very uncomfortable evenings. I was glad to leave.The bed was not a double but 2 twins pushed together so, also very uncomfortable.But, 2 days later I receive a call from the Hotel , demanding I pay €35 for cleaning of bed spread, that I had soiled. As far as I recall, the bed spread was not soiled when I left the room. I refused to pay.Definitely not even 1 star and too expensive.

    Great location next to the train station and bus stops - 10-15 min to Venice, frequent trains. There is an airport bus stop as well.In the other direction 10 min walk to a big Spar where you can buy anything, including hot meals and good coffee at the entrance.Room not so modern, but clean. Nice bathroom, hot water and good water pressure all the time. Mini-fridge with no freezer was a bit weak, yet still convenient.Welcoming, helpful stuff.Awful bed spoiled the whole impression, honestly. For us personally it might be a deal breaker if to stay here again.If your room faces the road it's noisy early in the morning when the traffic and renovations nearby start.

    Great value for money hotel

    The hotel is located across the street from the bus to Venice (10 minutes ride) and there are several parking lots around it.The rooms are very clean and well maintained and the breakfast was generous and tasty. Excellent croissants.There are no nice places to eat around the hotel but we did not mind because the whole day was spent in Venice. We had drinks in the hotel bar in the evening which was very convenient.

    Customer service was great! However the room that we had 303 was dirty, the AC never cool off so the bedroom was very hot. We addressed the issue and they gave us a fan. The bathroom’s floor was dirty and the shower is super tiny, regular size person won’t fit in.

    We chose a Mestre hotel to avoid the expense and transportation difficulties of staying in Venice, and Hotel Regit is where we would stay again. Our budget room (they have various price levels) had sufficient room, a good bed and plenty of storage. The bathroom was reasonable large and had a great shower. The place was exceptionally clean. The breakfast buffet was small but had a good selection, excellent coffee, and was well-presented. The dining area was unusually attractive and included outdoor seating. Front desk personnel were efficient and very helpful. Trains to Venice are but a couple of blocks away and they run almost constantly for a couple of Euros.
