    Do not go here, it is a waste of money!

    This is by far the worst experience of a hotel I have ever had. We hooked a 2 bed apartment for me, my partner and my 1 year old daughter. We received 1 bedroom and 1 couch in the kitchen/living area. The whole apartment was no bigger than a room. There were no sheets or blankets on the bed, when we enquired we were told that Sheets would be extra and people in italy do not use blankets which is a blatant lie. We also complained that it was not a 2 bedroom apartment which we were smartly told the bed is 1 room and the couch was another. After requesting a cot for our daughter ( not that there was room for it in the apartment, we were told that would be extra too. Our room over looked 4 empty pools with no water in them, apparently 1 out of 9 pools was all that was open. We ended up having to leave and find somewhere else very short notice and got no compensation as the hotel manager did nothing but lie.

    Noise almost every night until late

    I will not advice anyone to visit this place in the main season. Almost every night there is karaoke in the Bar Valbella with screaming drunk people; mostly Italians and Danes. Even though music is only allowed to go on till 23:00; the monkey party continues till after midnight.

    Nice apartement, with everythingwhat is needed for a comfortable stay.We wee there outside of the main season, so it was still relatively quiet.A small walk is needed to reach the ceter and the beach, but having a bike it is absolutely worth recommending.

    We've had two holidays in Valbella and enjoyed both. It is very functional - large accommodation complex for tourists, no winding romantic Italian streets or anything, and a bit of a walk from both the beach and the city centre. But we've had lots of fun in the lovely swimming pools, sang along with the singing Germans, saw lots of smiling faces, enjoyed the fresh buns from the local minimarket two minutes away and had an overall brilliant time. It's a great place if you travel with kids and simply want to have fun in the sun. And if you take an evening walk into the centre, the Mediterranean feeling is great :-)

    We stayed there for 2 weeks.It was allright, not romantic at all, but good for children. Good value for your money. A lot of pools and lots of noise. No aircon. Nice appartments. A bit far from the beach (25 min walk) and town (20 min. walk).All in all very good for the money. But we will prefer a more "Italian" place next time.
