    BED BUGS everywhere!!!

    I do not recommend this accommodation in any case. It's infested with insects. Bed bugs are in beds, sofas, armchairs and even in the bathroom. They crawled everywhere. We demanded a refund, no one heard back. They don't respond to messages. After leaving the hotel, we had to disinfect ourselves, spray clothes and luggages with disinfectant. Isolate everything so we don't bring it home. Never again!!!

    Totally terrible, Hotel just focus on earning easy money

    I made a reservation ın Ca' Princess Hotel in Venice throughout booking.com. The option I choose was non-refundable if reservation is cancelled. Anyway, after i confirmed the reservation I realized i made mistake on reservation dates. I contacted directly customer center, I explained the situation and requested date change. They told me they will call and forward my request. But Ca' Princess not replied. Costomer service agency told they will send email expailnin the situation and asking for my request. Today I got a reply email from booking.com that my request was refused. I directly contacted with customer service and re-explained my request that i dont want cancellation, just date change. Reply was it is not under their control, only Ca' Princess can decided waht to do and how to do. What does it mean? I paid almost 400 Euro and due to 1 small mistake, I lost it for unused reservation. Either booking.com or Ca' Princess didnt care my request, and just focussed on free money they earn by doing nothing and from unused reservation. This is either fair or ethic. How can someone accept earning this kind of money which they get by doing nothing. I tried to reach Ca' Princess by phone, after several attempt some one replied to my phone. I re-explained situation and repeat my request. During conversation i lost the connection somehow either by signal or Ca' Princess closed the phone. Then i tried to reach again several times, no body replied. I tried to reach through whatsaspp, same no one replies. I just requested little/small help. But attiude from both side (booking.com and Ca' Princess) was not friendly and hospitable. I suggest all people who will read my complaint, not to use this terrible not customer friendly travel web site booking.com or Ca, Princess Venice Hotel. I hope you will loose more than what you got from me by doing nothing...

    Central location. Hotel standard room. Clean. Safe in room. Hair dryer. TV. Reception isn't manned all the time but easy to contact on WhatsApp. Friendly staff.Breakfast can be had in either of the bakery cafes on ground floor.All main sites within 10 to 15 minutes walk.Water bus stop is Rialto.

    The worst customer service I’ve ever received in my life.

    I booked this hotel through booking.com. I accidentally put in the incorrect date. I called this hotel straightaway And not even looking into it, they straight up refused me. I had a look at the availability at the hotel and the dates I needed was available and still are. This is the worst customer service at this hotel. I have lost all my money that I have been saving for the year. I cannot now go to Italy on my honeymoon and the flights have also been charged to me. I feel so hurt and upset. I called them and a guy called Carlo picked up the phone. He said to me check on Booking.com by the end of today. When calling him back there now refusing to pick up my calls and have blocked me. I had requested to talk to MANAGER and that request has not been successful. I’ve called Booking.com and they said they’ve never seen a message straight up refusal like that before. They didn’t even consider to change the dates under the circumstances.

    I have never and I mean never had such horrible experience in my 30 plus years as a traveler. Boy this place sucks. First they not only gave us the room I reserve The one they advertise in the site) through Booking.com of course, they send us to another hotel (The Campana) which is run by them and the nightmare got worse. It is awful, the place looks like counts Draculas dressing room, the air conditioning don’t work, no reliable internet, no copy machine, no phone, the list goes on and on. Anything basic you need in a room, you will miss. This place really sucks, I could not believed Booking.com have this on is list of recommendation. Please, please, please, save your family and yourself from this nightmare. How did I got scam like this you ask? Well did don't give you the bad news until after they charge you credit card, then there no way out. Avoid it like the plague. It is sad because It is my daughters birthday and I want to surprise her with the room they advertise which it did look like a princess type of room and she could not sleep because she was scare of this ugly, nasty, inhospitable room.
