  Me and my friends we wanted to stay in the center of Venice and Residenza Favaro was a really nice chose. The room was in the 5th floor, without elevator, but was nice and cosy. The room was really clean. Only the sofa looked a bit old to me. The place is close to everything and you will have everything near by.   Budget friendly central Hotel Rooms

  The rooms of residenza Favaro are in the very heart of Venice.The check in hotel just 1 min away has very helpful staff and can keep your luggage after checkout or make a water taxi reservations for you. An older building that has been remodeled to fit 8 hotel rooms, 2 per floor. Unfortunately there is no elevator. There was cleaning service every day. Hot water was available 24/7. Our Room was super clean. 1 min walking distance from San Marco. The area was very safe to walk to your hotel at night.   In the center of Venice !

  The room was clean, there was always hot water for bath and the area is perfect. About the negatives, the fridge was out of order and there were a lot of mosquitos out of the window (maybe from the plants outside), so we couldn't get fresh air into the room.The "check in" was at another hotel nearby, but this was not a problem. They, also, kept our luggage until our room was ready, as we had arrived earlier. It was a value for money for us, so i recommend it.

  The hotel is in a very good location. It is basic with no breakfast within the tariff. It is in a very good location near St Marks Square so an ideal base for sightseeing. The bathroom was toasty warm albeit the shower water fluctuated between hot and cold, the beds were hard but the linen very clean. I would recommend this hotel as value for money.

  Honeymoon in Venice

  I was a little nervous after booking at Residenza Favaro and reading some reviews, but we found it an outstanding little place! Perfect location, only minutes walk to St Mark’s Square And the Rialto Bridge.We had the top floor apartment which was a little rough on us riddled with arthritis, hiking up the 4 narrow flights of stairs with heavy luggage, but we couldn’t have been much happier. Gorgeous and clean room with loft bedroom area.The bed was very hard would be our only real complaint, but as far as value for money and location, we were thrilled with our stay here! Located second doorway on the left, down an alleyway to the left of Giorgio Armani, it was not hard to find , and neither was the Hotel D’Opera where we had to check in. (Standing in front of Giorgio Armani, alleyway on the opposite side to the right, go down there and across a little bridge and immediately to the left, check in is there, and literally a 1 min walk away)Give it a miss if you can’t do stairs, but otherwise, it was a quaint little place, extremely clean, and incredibly good value for money in very expensive Venice!! The stairs for us personally would be the only reason we would probably give it a miss if we visit Venice again! And wifi is a little hit and miss.
