  We had a warm welcome by property owners, Giorgio and Christina, and really appreciated their personal attention to make sure we had everything we needed. They also checked what time we wanted breakfast each morning, served on their sweet terrace. The room was very clean and comfortable. The property is in a nice walking neighborhood, with lots of small shops & cafes, and is easy walking distance to see all the beautiful historic landmarks. We loved everything about our stay here!

  This place is in a great location 2 minute walk to the Rialto bridge. The rooms were very clean and didn't smell. Host is very friendly. They have rooms cleaned everyday, free Italian breakfast with cappuccino's yummy! And free wifi which was fast.

  My husband and I enjoyed our stay in B&B Abitare Rialto. It is conveniently located ( in Venice it is very important!) and easy to find.Hosts are very friendly and nice always glad to help. The place is clean and bed is comfortable. I definitely recommend this B&B for your stay in Venice.

  Recommended by German friends and we were not let down for our 7 night stay. We were warned in advance of the stairs and the sloping ceiling so no real concerns. The bed was a bit hard for my liking and the pillows too but the room was quiet, clean, had wifi, a fridge with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco, water etc and plates knives and forks too when a roll, prosciutto and cake were all that was required. Cristina was very friendly and the breakfast terrace had a great view across venetian roof tops and down into the calle below. As reviewers have said it was central to the Rialto, San Polo, San Marco etc but if you wanted to be in a quiet part of Venice this is not for you. But from here we walked all over Venice to the far east and the far west, up to the Ghetto and down to the Dursoduro and easily walked to Fondamenta Nove to get the vaperetto to Burano. I am not saying it is the best B&B in Venice but if it is not the best it must be close to it.

  This place was in a really good, central location. We walked everywhere from here, didnt need the vaporetto at all except to the train station. The room was large and clean. The only negative was you really felt like you were in a hotel, rather than a b&b. The welcome is more of a "here's your room, bye" sort than a "welcome to Venice, here's some helpful advice". We weren't even given a map, which anyone who's been to Venice knows is the most important thing to get!! There were a few other service faults (such as they took all but 1 of our thin little towels after just one day and never replaced them... We just had them hanging up, there was no reason to even take them, most places don't unless you leave them in the shower), but due to our welcome we felt uncomfortable asking for anything. If you don't mind the hotel like atmosphere then this is a fine place, good location and clean, good sized room. Not as personable as we were looking for.
