    The room had no Air conditioner working..there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom..plus there were mosquitos in the room ..sleepless night in the hotel after giving 150 euros..hard earned money wasted

    Lovely family hotel on the beautiful lido di Venezia . We stayed in room 12 on ground floor next to reception. This meant room was noisy when other guests were arriving/leaving. Air conditioning in room, which was clean and well maintained. Double bed with adequate storage & large en-suite. Breakfast was continental style served in breakfast dining area. No evening meals. Small bar serving wine, bottled beers and soft drinks. Complimentary iced water was also available. Beach was 5 minutes walk across the road, where ample beds were available to book. Several bars and restaurants nearby. 30 minute walk or 5 minutes on the bus to Santa Maria Elisabetta ferry terminal.

    This is a family run, boutique hotel. The staff is very friendly, and everything is super clean. I find this place has a real Fawlty Towers type of vibe to it. I struggle to give it 3/5, as it is likely closer to 2.5/5. Rooms are bare bones, and very dated, in need of significant refurbishment and furniture replacement. No coffee/tea in the rooms, and no security latches on the doors. Breakfast was adequate, though I preferred buying breakfast somewhere else. It's not in a very busy area of the island, a good 15-20 min walk from the main restaurant area with nothing around the hotel. Windows don't have any screens, so we had mosquitos in the rooms at night which was pretty annoying.However, one of the best things about this place is how they cater to families. They have rooms with bunk beds, which is amazing. Compared to Venice, Lido is chill.

    Spent an enjoyable five nights at the hotel. The staff were friendly, breakfast was good. It’s not a huge hotel, which added to the appeal. It seems a fair way from the main water bus terminal but if you’ve got a travel pass, the buses are included. I would stay here again without a thought.

    I stayed here for a week and the staff were excellent. They let my neice ring the bell on reception every time we passed ( a lot of times!!) & always came to help with a smile. Breakfast was great and had many homemade cakes which were excellent. Very close to the beach and not too far to walk to Elizabetta. Would definitely recommend if you want to stay on the Lido.
