This luxury hotel has a quiet and unique location on the island of San Clemente, in the middle of the Venice Lagoon. Only a few minutes by boat from St. Mark's Square and the Lido, the hotel has been integrated into an extensively restored monastery site and is surrounded by quite parkland. The hotel lies just 500 m from links to the public transport network. The distance from Piazza San Marco and Palazzo Ducale is around 1 km, while it is about 1.2 km to Ponte di Rialto and Accademia. The airport is approximately 3 km from the hotel.

The hotel has 55 junior suites, 82 suites and 117 double rooms, which are located on 3 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day.     An oasis of calm

    This hotel is simply superb. It is an oasis of calm in a frenetic city. The staff are exceptional. Our room was clean and comfortable with all necessary requirements. We had a lovely view over the lagoon. Breakfast was excellent and whilst the evening meal we had on the terrace was expensive, it was worth it! I loved the boat trip into Venice - beats the car any day!
