Located in the heart of Venice, this hotel lies between the Campo Sant'Angelo and the Campo Manin.     Scammers!! Unfortunately our experience with this hotel has not been pleasant at all. In the description it states that there is 24/7 staff availability, however it does not say that it is NOT in person. Upon arrival at the hotel we realized that it is a self check-in hotel and there was no physical staff members at the hotel. When we called, we were told that someone would be there shortly before the person on the phone hung up. After waiting for several minutes we called again, this time we were informed that they needed pictures of our identification so they could then send us the door code. The room wasn’t the nicest or cleanest, but it was what we expected and would’ve been fine for just one night. Now what really pisses me off is that the hotel charged me twice for the same stay on separate days. I have not been able to get in touch with anyone through several emails and WhatsApp messages, even booking.com can’t get a hold of them. To mention the only positive, it was about a 15 minute walk from piazza San Marco. But save yourself the stress and book a different accommodation. I travel a lot and often book less pricey accommodations, but this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel.

    Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. No hot water at all, my partner had to hairdryer me as I bent over the shower to wash my hair. The room was absolutely freezing I may aswell of gone to Antarctica. And to top it off there was no smoke alarm so I could’ve burnt to death.

    nobody was ever at the front desk,all communications were done via WhatsApp.we were left with no hot water for two days,a basic human necessity. we tried numerous times to get this resolved but was met with ignorance. very unprofessional service. no heating in the room and it was very small dark and dingy. Do not book a stay here, you will be disappointed.
