    This hotel is in a great location and close to all the must see sights in Venice. The room was small but clean. It was basic but had everything we needed for a 2 night stay and was reasonably priced for Venice. Our tap broke on night 1, but was fixed quickly the next day. I’ve given 4 stars due to the size of the shower, which was so small we could barely turn or bend down!

    Such a cute place to stay. Complimentary tea and coffee with homemade S shaped biscuits between 8am and 10am, delicious. Patisserie on the corner. In the centre of everything, but quiet at night. They even have Netflix which works. Lovely people in reception.

    Great stay! Hotel is clean and well located. We found it very easy to find.Staff were very communicative before the visit and booked us a water taxi and provided detailed directions.Room was spacious, comfy beds, decent bathroom. Would stay here again if in Venice.

    We stayed in the San Lio in June. We were in the annex, which is a couple of minutes from the main tourist house. The room was surprisingly spacious and modern, the staff were helpful and the location is amazing! It’s only a few minutes from the Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco, with plenty of shops and restaurants close by.

    Umberto is the absolute best. He is extremely timely in his responses, knowledgeable about the area, and went above and beyond to help us when we had scheduling issues. He provided exceptional maps and information about the area. I definitely look forward to working with Umberto again if I ever get the chance to get to Venice in the future.
