  Excellent property. Very accessible and great location overall. Central to everything. Very clean and rooms very spacious. Our Family booked three rooms and every room was bit different and beautiful. Beds very comfortable. Prior to our trip I communicated with the team at the Hotel and they were all amazing answering questions. Very helpful and resourceful. Highly recommend this place and will definitively stay there again.

  Lovely Apartments, Great Location

  Overall really nice apartments, we booked a one bed apartment with sofa in the living room, however, when we arrived we had been given a two bed apartment which had lots of space.Apartment was clean, quite hard to find if you don't do your homework before you get there, we knew it was at the side of the Pandora shop so found it quite easily, the entrance is quite dark with no lights until you discover how to turn the lights on.No issues with lifts, they were working fine all the time we were there. Lovely little balconies on the apartments so you can look onto the street, also great location.We used the bag drop facility at the sister hotel which is about 20mins walk away, the walk was quite pleasant and gave us the freedom to have no luggage to cart around on our last day.The only issues we had were that the street that the apartments on are very noisy until 12.00am and one one night lots of noise until 2.00amThe other issue was that I got eaten alive by mosquitos, it is hard to say whether this was the apartment or just from other shops/restaurants etc, however 3 out of 4 of our party got bitten, there was mosquito plug ins in the rooms but they did not stop me being bitten all over, we did see some mozzies in the room too but I think they are all over Venice.Overall, lovely apartments in a great location and a reasonable price. If I were to visit Venice again I would definitely stop here again.

  Lift not working to many stairs

  the hotel was in a great position ,rooms were clean and tidy the big problem was it has 2 lifts the first only goes to level one the second takes you to level 2 and 3 ,IF IT WAS WORKING , SO 2 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS WITH HEAVY BAG TO OUR ROOM , we were told it has been broken since mayother people had moer stairs to climb

  You have to check in and pay local taxes at the parent hotel about a 10 minute walk and a few bridges away. You can leave your luggage here until check in at 3pm, however, you'll have to do the walk back. I suggest getting your water taxi to drop you off at the parent hotel right off and save at least one walk with luggage back. The apt was bright and airy. Fabulous location, very central to all the attractions and decent views. Every room except master bath had a window. Master shower/bath was very tight as plumbing was jutting into where you stand. Pull out bed in living room was comfy, but pillows are flat. Master bed was hard as a rock! My hips were killing me and tossed quite a bit for the 2 night stay. Hallways are dark, so I suggest locating the light switches early in the day! The entrance is VERY difficult to find. Beside Max & co and across from Captain Candy. The garbage can is your alley to the door. You'll need the code to get in the door - from check in at the parent hotel. Only real complaint- hard beds. Photos 2 from our room and last over the Rialto bridge, a 2 minute walk away. BEAUTIFUL!!

  Location was good but the entrance was off of a creepy alley. Lots of room - two big bedrooms and two big bathrooms. The sheets in one of the bedrooms had blood on them. Overall pretty good compared to some of the other shoebox sized rooms we have stayed in.
