  Beautiful and central with terrible access issue which ruin the whole experience. Such a shame!

  We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment which was beautiful - with well stocked kitchen, spotless bathroom and glass chandeliers with dining room balcony overlooking a square. Walking distance to Rialto. Would have been perfect except for access. There is no on site check in, and no advanced warning that one needs to check in online using a WhatsApp platform that is only infrequently responded to. Once we found the door and could not enter, we had to try to find out online what our options were - either in person check in on another site of Venice or trying to connect via WhatsApp to be sent a link to log in, then pay city taxes, then be given an access code to access luggage storage which was not secure, then be texted a room access code at 3 pm. All these 4 steps took us 3 hours as our phone coverage was poor in narrow Venice streets and the online platform we were connecting with was slow and not very responsive so we went through multiple attempts on two separate phones. In Venice there is nowhere to sit to do that, and we eventually went to a cafe where we set while waiting for connection, sending multiple messages asking for an update.It was a very poor reflection on the property - we ended up sitting out our last half an hour on the stairs of the property -not as guests but as if homeless refugees. Never again! Especially a pretty steep price we had paid for our accommodation.And ours was not a unique experience, every day we stayed we encountered confused guests standing outside the entry door trying to figure out what to do. When we enquired why the instructions re access and online check in were not sent to us in advance so we could be better prepared (ie we took a water taxi to our apartment, we could have taken it to the hotel that did provide an in person check in where hopefully we could have sat there and waited), we were told that the owners did not have our contact details - that did not stop them from taking our money? Why did they not ask for our contact details? Such a distressing experience that could have been prevented with a minor effort!

  As a family of five, we value space, cleanliness, and location. The San Teodoro Palace luxury apartments surpassed our expectations. All major sites a short walk away and the staff was easy to work with. Emails were answered quickly and answered all our questions and concerns. I highly recommend and would stay there again.

  Excellent property. Very accessible and great location overall. Central to everything. Very clean and rooms very spacious. Our Family booked three rooms and every room was bit different and beautiful. Beds very comfortable. Prior to our trip I communicated with the team at the Hotel and they were all amazing answering questions. Very helpful and resourceful. Highly recommend this place and will definitively stay there again.

  Lovely Apartments, Great Location

  Overall really nice apartments, we booked a one bed apartment with sofa in the living room, however, when we arrived we had been given a two bed apartment which had lots of space.Apartment was clean, quite hard to find if you don't do your homework before you get there, we knew it was at the side of the Pandora shop so found it quite easily, the entrance is quite dark with no lights until you discover how to turn the lights on.No issues with lifts, they were working fine all the time we were there. Lovely little balconies on the apartments so you can look onto the street, also great location.We used the bag drop facility at the sister hotel which is about 20mins walk away, the walk was quite pleasant and gave us the freedom to have no luggage to cart around on our last day.The only issues we had were that the street that the apartments on are very noisy until 12.00am and one one night lots of noise until 2.00amThe other issue was that I got eaten alive by mosquitos, it is hard to say whether this was the apartment or just from other shops/restaurants etc, however 3 out of 4 of our party got bitten, there was mosquito plug ins in the rooms but they did not stop me being bitten all over, we did see some mozzies in the room too but I think they are all over Venice.Overall, lovely apartments in a great location and a reasonable price. If I were to visit Venice again I would definitely stop here again.

  Lift not working to many stairs

  the hotel was in a great position ,rooms were clean and tidy the big problem was it has 2 lifts the first only goes to level one the second takes you to level 2 and 3 ,IF IT WAS WORKING , SO 2 FLIGHTS OF STAIRS WITH HEAVY BAG TO OUR ROOM , we were told it has been broken since mayother people had moer stairs to climb
