  Unreliable and dishonest – avoid this place!!

  I strongly advise against booking this hotel!!We had a confirmed reservation through Booking.com, which the hotel effectively cancelled just 5 days before arrival, citing “hacking/fraud issues”, while refusing to officially cancel it on their side.This left us to deal with Booking.com ourselves, without any real assistance or alternative accommodation. The only option offered was a free cancellation — completely inadequate given the short notice and increased prices.The hotel claimed they had no availability, yet rooms still appeared to be bookable on their official website at the same time.Overall, a very unprofessional and unreliable experience. I would not trust this hotel with a reservation.

  I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. It felt like a complete scam, so please be careful if you’re considering booking here.I made my reservation through a reputable website and provided all required details, including my card information, at the time of booking. However, shortly after confirming, the hotel started sending emails asking me to provide my card details again directly to them. This raised immediate red flags.Despite already having my information through the booking platform, they insisted that I resend my card details or they would cancel my reservation. Eventually, they canceled my booking anyway without giving any clear or valid reason.This situation is very suspicious—why would they need my card details again if everything was already provided securely through the booking website? It feels unprofessional and potentially unsafe.Be aware: you could risk losing your reservation or even your money. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this hotel.

  I had a really lovely stay here. The room was perfect for a solo traveler, and the furniture was absolutely charming – it honestly felt like a little “princess room.” I slept very well every night, and the room was always spotless after housekeeping.The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated that there was always someone at the reception 24/7. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around, and the breakfast was truly delicious with a great selection.I would definitely stay here again! :)

  Wonderful stay in Venice!

  This is a charming hotel with a perfect location between Piazza San Marco and Ponte di Rialto. It's an older property (like everything in Venice), and while the single room is small, it has an en suite bathroom and was clean, quiet, and comfy.Breakfast was very generous, with lots of choices, including scrambled eggs and bacon. Rates were cheap and service was terrific. If you're looking for a simple, welcoming, and comfortable place to stay in Venice, this is it!

  The hotel location is very top which is found near the Pont De Rialto and San Marco. We stayed at the hotel for two days. Mr. Jacobs was very helpful and he had very good communication skills. He is a real asset for the hotel and is very charming. There could have been more choices for the breakfast, We are a couple from Mauritius and we enjoyed our stay very much.
