  We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Our room was very nice. It was lovely to receive an unexpected bottle of bubbly in our room when we arrived. The staff were all very helpful & knowledgeable. The hotel location was very convenient for walking to tourist attractions & restaurants. It was also lovely to be able to get a water taxi right to the hotel.

  The true test of an accommodation is when things go wrong. In our case, we had a problem with our room and the staff was excellent in their response. They promptly moved us to a new better room hesitation. They even changed the king sized bed to two beds.Overall, the staff was excellent and friendly. The accommodations were clean annd well kept and the value was excellent. Breakfast was complete.The only downside is that restaurants are a bit of a walk to get to.   Great setting on the Grand Canal, but falls short everywhere else

  While Sina Palazzo Sant'Angelo boasts a convenient Grand Canal setting that makes getting around Venice simple, the rest of the stay failed to deliver on expectations. The property feels tired and noticeably dated rather than charming, and the rooms are well overdue for a refresh. Coupled with mediocre breakfast options and strictly average, indifferent service that lacked warmth, the overall value just is not there for the price. I will be booking elsewhere on future visits to Venice. It is disappointing to learn that the classic Venetian décor, which many of our guests find charming, did not resonate with you. Our 26 rooms and suites are individually furnished with authentic 18th-century touches, silk wall coverings, Murano glass chandeliers, and Palladian floors, and our team is always available to address any concerns on the spot. We also regret that our breakfast offering, which features a substantial buffet with made-to-order eggs, fresh pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, and seasonal fruit served in a wood-panelled salon overlooking the canal, did not leave a more favourable impression. Your remarks about the service and the overall value have been noted with care, as we strive to deliver a warm and attentive experience to every guest.Nonetheless, we are pleased that you appreciated the convenience of our location, set between the Rialto Bridge and St Mark's Square, with the Accademia Bridge and La Fenice Opera House just a short stroll away.We look forward to the pleasure of seeing you again in the future.   Such a short visit but what an excellent all round experience. From the super welcoming Michele at reception to the incredibly helpful Mr Khan the concierge help. Wonderful location with its own water taxi doc. Beautiful hotel so close to everything. Excellent breakfast. Tasteful and truly characterful rooms. Book with Hilton Honours if you have that.   Old dame in a beautiful city

  Dear discerning traveler, let us begin with the positives: -Great location, not very far from all that you came here to see. -Conveniently located on Grand Canal. You want that for ease of transportation. -Incredibly kind and helpful staff. -Nice breakfast. -Good size room for European standards.Here are my additional considerations: -My personal preference is to stay in updated hotels. This one is a bit on a dated side, as child called it “ketchup mustard” room color. You know, that opulent red and gold silk lined walls with tassels and all. Just an older design of older room. Not my taste, but, judge for yourself. -Hard bed. Sorry, it may be ok for you. -Older air conditioning system having a hard time handling 100.5 degrees heat. Totally understandable, yet, uncomfortable. In the end, it was a good stay, as hotel personnel were nice and helpful, room size was good, it was very clean and hotel’s location was perfect! In the end, good stay in a beautiful city.
