    Staff rude and rude. I was invited to have breakfast outside the hotel.... Read to believe.

    I introduce myself inside theBreakfast Room at 720 in the morning I smile and ask where can I sit? LaLady who is preparing the room looks at me annoyed and invites me to go out because the room opens at 7.30 . Astonished I go out... I go to the garage loaded my suitcases and back to the room for theBreakfasts are 7.26 .... and I ask again if I can sit down ( waiting for the opening ) ( 4 minutes left ) I am again invited to go out in a rude way screaming .... He goes out but doesn’t see that there is also a sign with timetables on the door? You must respect the rules!! I look at her in disbelief and I answer her .. only 4 minutes left I just wanted to sit ... I am literally kicked out of the room ... I go out (and I sit on the sofa still stunned ) after about 5 seconds comes out a second colleague of the first even more angry and asks me why I had entered the breakfast room before 7.30 am (it sounds like a joke but I swear it is so ..) at this point I reiterate that it was just to sit and wait for those few minutes because I had to have breakfast and then leave .. the Response (please read carefully ) was ... you are already sitting here on the sofa and must respect the rules ! If he is in a hurry he can also leave and have breakfast in a bar outside the hotel !!! (judging you ..) I got up I told him that I am out of my mind and that they have no idea what it means to welcome and customer care and without having breakfast I left .... Never seen a collective rudeness like this from the staff in a hotel plus 4 stars S !!! Crazy stuff. If you read by chance from the management in the reply that this did not happen ... well make your assessments if I may have ever had a reason to make up such a story .....!     The hotel is clean and modern. The rooms have a large bathroom and a great amount of storage. The breakfast was excellent and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed, underground parking, easy access to the beach. My only complaint is that while the hotel is generally very quiet, any noise from the hallway is heard very loudly in the room.     What a lovely hotel this was. Very modern and immaculately clean with everything you could possibly need. On a very quiet strech of lovely beach. We had a junior suite which had a large and very private terrace with hot-tub. Electronic shutters kept the light out and guaranteed a great sleep! Very comfortable bed & pillows. Fridge big enough to put your own drinks in. We ate at both on-site restaurants - Restaurant Sabbioni within the hotel and the Restaurant Pizzeria Hosteria at the Baia Camping Village next door and all the food was absolutely delicious. Staff were all fantastic. Would undoubtedly return!     Nice but with some downsides

    The good:The property itself is fine, the breakfast is excellent and the restaurant as well if somewhat expansive.The bad:The property itself has no services, everything is on the adjoining camp ground which is not quite the same clientele as the hotel. The three pools are not pools per se , they are kiddie pools with a depth of at most 3 or 4 feet. The pool closes at 6pm which is somewhat weird. The main issue though is that you are in middle of nowhere, the Hotel restaurant is the only decent option around and there is no village within miles, only other camp grounds. Without a car you are basically stuck. There is no way to know all this on the internet.

    It is the best hotel ever, very good looking and a nice price. If you would choose any hotel then I would perfer everyone to choose this one, it is very nice and fancy and you wouldn't regret a thing checking into this hotel.
