    Abysmal Customer Service

    Awful customer service! We booked a room for 2 nights in June 2026, but then realized we had a very early flight out of Venice and needed to stay closer to the airport on the second night. We asked to cancel the second night at Hotel Tiepolo and explained why. They refused outright. We had booked with the travel agency Agoda and they were no help either. So now we have to pay $250 CAD for the second night and we won't even be staying there. The staff at Hotel Tiepolo were inflexible, unfriendly, and dismissive of our predicament. My wife and I are seniors and $250 CAD is a lot of money to us. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone for the simple reason that their customer care is nonexistent and their staff is terrible.

    Great location to stay, easy to go all directions to see Venice, great Italian restaurants outside and easy to find with google maps. Clean room with great customer service. Hotel allowed us to leave bags behind after checking out. Recommend

    Nice stay but late reallocation to appartment

    OK, we boken the hotel early but was still reallocated to an appartment with my family. However, I believe this was a lucky shoot for us since we had more space in the hotel room (4 persons). But, I think it was strange and odd to communicate this to us the day before arrival (to be clear, we had the choice to stay in the hotel). No cost reduction offered.The app that we was reallocated to is newly renovated and very nice, the location is perfect.The shower and towels leaves more to wish for.

    Beautiful hotel. Very classy decor, in a small piazza. Several great restaurants closely. I had 10 more daysin the magical Venice. It was close to San Marco alongthe waters edge. I had a great relaxing time to stroll theAlleys and canals nearby.The hospitality of Tiepolo was superb. Very helpful todirecting me as for directions. My room was perfect.Thanks to the staff!

    The Tiepolo Hotel is a very good option to stay in Venice. The rooms are good and well cleaned. The wifi service is weak, but I still recommend it if you want to stay near Piazza San Marco. Book it and check it out for yourself.
