    We had an absolutely wonderful and very pleasant stay at Hotel Villa Costanza in Mestre. Although officially a three-star hotel, in my opinion it deserves four stars. Having stayed in some four-star hotels that did not come close to this standard, Villa Costanza really stands out.It is a beautiful, charming boutique hotel: exceptionally clean, very quiet and extremely well maintained. The location is also excellent, very convenient for Mestre train station and for buses to Venice.Our room was spotless, comfortable and beautifully kept, and everything throughout our stay was excellent. Even the breakfast was very good and added to the overall experience.What impressed me most is the consistency. I stayed here around 20 years ago, and after all this time, the hotel is still maintaining the same remarkably high standard. That says a lot about the care and attention behind this hotel.A lovely place to stay and an excellent base for visiting Venice. Strongly recommended!

    We had to cancel our 2025 stay at the hotel - due to a car problem, but nicely received a voucher for our next stay in Venice. Finally we had the possibility to use it. The hotel is in the suburb of Venice, 150m from the next bus stop, and a 5-min walk to the train station.Staff very helpful and nice, well prepared also with insights about restaurants, trips, connections. The room was very nice, with a king size bed, and a comfortable bathroom, with kettle for tea or coffee. The breakfast was also great, more the sweet way, as usual in Italy. The hotel comes with parking lots in the backyard, which is very safe.You get to Venice by the bus Nr. 2 in about 25 minutes.All in one I highly recommend it!

    A lovely little hotel tucked down a side street approx ten mins walk from Venice Mestre Station. Train run from Venice Mestre Station to Venice Santa Lucia Station (the main station in Venice), approximately every 5-10 mins, this make this a perfect location to stay without the expense of staying in Central Venice.The hotel is small but very clean and the rooms are modern, including the bathroom. Staff speak English well. Tourist tax is payable on check out, note that they only accept CASH payments for this in Euros.Breakfast is exactly the same each day, meat, cheese, bread, pastries etc. The fruit juice is lovely and there is a range of hot drinks. One lady mans the buffet and replenishes items frequently.A super stay and I would definitely stay here again.

    We booked this hotel via a group on promotion. Since the promotion was cheap my fiancé and I expected this hotel to be very average, this was not the case. The staff behind the front desk were extremely helpful with recommendations and advice. This seemed like a 4 star hotel at the very minimum, the staff were well spoken and the hotel seemed very classy.The bed was massive and has to be the comfiest hotel bed I have ever stayed in. The room was very clean and spacious. The aircon was a nice touch though we had no use for it as we were here in January and it was already very cold. Very nice bathroom, very clean and shower pressure was good. The room includes a mini fridge with two complimentary bottles of water, a very nice touch especially as we couldn't drink the tap water in Italy.Overall, amazing accommodation that I will be staying here again next time we visit venice.
