Location

The backdrop for this hotel are the romantic surroundings of Venice’s Lagoon. This hotel is located on Lido Promenade in Venice and on one side offers views of St. Mark's Square and on the other side, the wide sandy beaches of the Lido. The historical centre of Venice can be reached in a number of minutes by the public ferry service. Restaurants, bars and shops as well as public transport connections are all in the immediate vicinity.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 12 apartments. Multilingual staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities at the hotel include a baggage storage service.     Nice but far from city

    We had a nice stay there to visit Venezia. The only downside is that it is far from the city. You have 15min vaporetto from St-Marc, then another 10min bus to the hotel. So don't plan on hopping by for a quick rest during the day, it is not worth doing the way back and forth. But we found some spots like gardens to rest in the city.     Close to the beach however not close the center 20 minutes walk, beach you need to buy for the day the chaos and umbrella.     The best hotel I’ve visited on Lido di Venezia. Everything was simply great here. I’ll definitely come back. Breakfast was with a great variety, the rooms large and clean with aircondition, the staff was eager to be of any assistance and the location was perfect, as the beach is just across the street and the mainstreet only a 5 min walk away.     Overall hotel was good and in a good location near beach , staff were all extremely welcoming and friendly very helpful. Air con in room was ok room was clean we had a sea view which was nice never felt unsafe in the area even late in the evening. Small downside breakfast was ok hot food could have been kept a bit warmer coffee was good and nice selection of cold meats overall would definitely recommend for Venice trip .     Family of 4, traveling to Lido, Venice during end of April 2025. Hotel Venezia 2000 hospitality is 5/5 and FREE buffet breakfast is to die for! 5/5! Room is spacious. Next to the beach (right across 1 min-2 mins walk) BUT the only thing negative is 12-13 mins walk to ferry Lido "S.M.E- C". We have about 9-10KG each hand carry luggage without wheels. (My two kids are 9 year old and 13 year old). Will consider staying again.
