Not the best stay but ok.

Good location opposite the free part of the beachWe were given a ground floor room very noisy the bed was very uncomfortable.No swimming pool the hotel has a seating area bar on the roof that was always closed.Room cleaned dailyGood shower Easy walk to the bars & bus boatsFood was average, the supermarket just up the road was really cheap too. Clean and tidy. Staff were courteous and extremely helpful at all times. Breakfast €12 was great. Would recommend it. Missing belongings…

Upon checking out of the Venezia 2000 I became aware of missing valuable property (expensive headphones) which was left in a bedside drawer for the full duration of our trip for safe-keeping along with other valuables. Upon leaving it was not there. This was reported to the front desk who were unhelpful and dismissive of our concerns, unwilling to even check lost property initially and stating they could not contact housekeeping. Since arriving home I have had no communications from the hotel, no response via email. Such a shame to end our trip this way. We had a fantastic stay here. It is perfectly located opposite the beach and only about 15 mins walk to the vaporetto station. Our room was lovely with a small terrace outside. We had breakfast here which was very good, lots of choice and a lot of homemade food. We also had dinner here twice and again, a lot of homecooked, good quality food. We can highly recommend this hotel. Nice but far from city

We had a nice stay there to visit Venezia. The only downside is that it is far from the city. You have 15min vaporetto from St-Marc, then another 10min bus to the hotel. So don't plan on hopping by for a quick rest during the day, it is not worth doing the way back and forth. But we found some spots like gardens to rest in the city.
