A Hidden Gem

What an adorable boutique hotel with an amazing location! Steps from St Marks square, with local charm and incredible hospitality. Breakfast is worth the extra fee for the coffee alone, but the food and service was wonderful! The room had everything we needed while making you feel like you were truly in the heart of Venice. The shower had great water pressure. Overall I would stay here again and again for all the reasons listed and the amazing staff!

Well a hidden Gem amongst all the exclusive shops. We were met by Bruno wonderful man spoke very good English and helped out a lot,I have never been to Europe but apparently the room was very European, the hotel is central to everything, I will include photos, breakfast was cute, other Staff members were Bruno, And Massimo they were very funny - and very helpful, thanks very much for yr hospitality , lots of Love Marco and Christine Dorio

First, the location is top notch, very close to San Marco. It was easy for us to come back to hotel to rest from the heat.We arrived by private water taxi, very easy walk to the hotel without crossing any bridge. Even if you arrive by airport water taxi or vaporetto, it should be an easy walk, maybe crossing just one bridge?Room is clean, breakfast is great and the staff super friendly., gave recommendations to places to visit or to eat. They even gave us a gift at the end our stay.

Great location for 1st time visitors, just steps away from St Marks Square , prefect location to explore the whole of Venice by foot. Rooms traditionally decorated, clean but we did have an issue with our shower door , which was fixed with minimal inconvience. Breakfast good but serving arrangement a little strange but you get used to it. Staff on reception very helpful and in all a great visit to Venice. Room was quiet at the back of the hotel . Reasonable value given location
