  Oh, my, what a lovely, lovely place. A special shout-out to Marco at the front desk. What a thoroughly charming, accommodating, helpful, kind gentleman. Our room was gorgeous, on a corner with three windows overlooking the Canale. Marco gave us dinner suggestions, arranged a taxi for us to get to the airport, and just made everything so easy, relaxed, and friendly. Thank you, Marco! The property is beautiful!

  We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is perfect, just a short walk from Piazzale Roma, making it incredibly convenient getting to and from Marco Polo airport. Our room had amazing views overlooking the canal. Everything was very clean and we had a large room with a comfortable bed. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like water, tea, and coffee being replenished daily, along with fresh towels.The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and even left a bottle of fizz in our room for my partner’s birthday, along with chocolates and biscuits which was a very nice gesture.Overall, a wonderful stay with excellent service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

  Super location near transport hub

  Super three star hotel, the staff were all welcoming and very helpful. As we were arriving in the evening (and in the dark) we contacted them to ask for help with transfer from the airport as didn’t know where we were going. They responded very quickly and arranged a private transfer on our behalf, lovely chap called Roberto, who also gave us lots of info en route, and was there waiting in the arrivals hall. The room we had (802) was absolutely lovely, dual aspect over the canals, very clean, comfortable bed, and modern excellent shower room. Coffee, tea, water replenished daily. And a fridge which is always handy. Perfect for a 3 night break. We chose to have breakfast for 15€pp at the sister hotel Olimpia, just a minute or two’s walk away. In the end we breakfasted there every morning as it was so good. The hotel itself is located very near the transport hub at Piazza Roma (we couldn’t hear any noise though from the hotel), and we got the bus back to the airport for 10€ pp on our last day. If we return we will get the bus both ways as only 20mins from Marco Polo airport and next time we would know where we are going!). We would definitely stay here again if we return..kindly looked after our luggage for us on the final day too so we could still enjoy our last day before our 9pm flight. Venice wise we were so lucky with the weather. What a beautiful place (especially Murano and Burano..don’t leave those off your list if you have time to go). A great choice for a hotel.

  Great hotel and friendly staff. It’s walking distance to the train station and piazzale Roma (you just have to cross a couple of bridges). We were able to walk everywhere from here or caught the water bus at piazzale Roma. Good breakfast too. Nice rooms. Good Air conditioner.
