    Top location in Venice couldn't have chosen better.Staff were lovely,helpful and attentive. The most comfortable bed in all the places we stayed during our week in Italy!

    Amazing hotel, perfect location, staff warm and friendly. We upgraded to superior room, situated in the annex, which is only a few steps away, the room was beautiful and clean, bed & pillows so comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel.

    This is an excellent hotel in all respects. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to make your stay a good one. The location is great right near St Mark's Square. The breakfast buffet is very high quality. The rooms are clean and comfortable. All in all a perfect hotel base when visiting Venice.

    Nice comfortable hotel in one of the narrow lanes just off Piazza di San Marco, 10 minutes walk from the San Marco waterbus stop.We felt very welcome throughout our stay.
