    Wonderful Hotel in Venice

    Hotel Montecarlo in Venice is located a 5 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. The atmosphere was amazing with comfortable rooms. Breakfast and Tea time was fantastic with delicious food and drinks. The hotel was very clean and tidy and staff friendly and welcoming. We would stay here again when we return to Venice as this hotel was a good value.

    We stayed at this hotel when we visited Venice. It was a very convenient location so that we could walk everywhere. Staff were extremely nice and helpful with everything that we needed. The room was very comfortable, although the furnishings were old. The breakfast bar and teatime was enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel is a great place to stay during your trip to Venice.

    Myself and my daughter stayed at Hotel Montecarlo in Venice. The hotel was lovely and very close to St Marks Square. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and very helpful. Always welcomed us with a smile when we returned after a day in Venice.Room was lovely and clean and beds were made each day. Would defo recommend and would stay here again.

    This is a lovely hotel just minutes from St Mark's Square. The staff were lovely, rooms were clean and all for a reasonable price. We stayed in an economy double room, which had a decent sized bed, small bathroom with a bidet, and thankfully very good air con. The shower was a tad small and the bathroom walls were a bit thin so you could hear other guests, but for the price you pay, there's not much more you can ask for in a hotel. The room even had a gorgeous glass chandelier. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. You do have to hand your key in at the front desk every time you leave, which I saw some people left a bad review about, but that is because it is a proper key, not a key card so was no issue for us. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice, especially if it is for the first time as everything is on your doorstep. We had a lovely stay at hotel montecarlo:)

    This was an excellent hotel in all respects. The location is great - very convenient to the sights and water bus. The staff members were very helpful and friendly. The best thing is that the room was spacious which is not usually the case in smaller European hotels. The water pressure was great as was the supply of hot water. Air conditioning worked well which is essential in July! Bed was comfortable and the lobby was welcoming and clean. Despite being on a busy walking street, the room was quiet. We did not have breakfast there so I can't comment on that. I will say that we stayed at 3 different hotels while in Venice for various reasons that this one was by far the best. Would recommend.
