Location

The hotel is situated only a short distance from the car ferry stop and 900 m from the public vaporetto to the St. Mark's Square stop. The connection is guaranteed by a public bus that leaves from the vaporetto stop every 10 minutes and stops directly in front of the hotel. Guests will find the nearest bars, restaurants and shopping around 15 minutes' walk from the hotel. The beach is some 10 minutes' walk away. The centre of Venice can be reached in around 20 minutes' walk. Venice Marco Polo Airport is around 20 km away and Treviso Airport is some 70 km away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 4 single rooms and 29 double rooms located in a 25-storey main building and a 2-storey auxiliary building. Guests are warmly welcomed by multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock.     Well, first of all, you need to praise the location and the view over the Laguna part of Venice: gorgeous. You should also be happy to have an attentive, flexible, and friendly staff. There is a golden rule: never call a guest to say he lost something (it could be someone picking up the phone who should not know where you stayed last night). But in this case, I was glad someone called to let me know I had lost my ID card and driving license. The stupid thing only: we were already on the ferry back to Venice, and it takes a while to get back to Lido and collect the wallet. And you should know that the location is Lido, and it costs a lot to use the ferry with your car if you are not a Lido resident. But take it as a sightseeing tour since the ferry passes St. Mark's Square and from a higher tier, but the Vaporetto water buses. The hotel is just a quick drive away from the Lido ferry station. The room was terrific and the breakfast selection was great. We missed someone who was around to offer service like asking for a cappuccino from a barista machine, not from a machine that makes coffee americano. But I would go there again when we revisit Venice. When you have no car, the passenger ferry station is well connected by bus, which stops in front of the hotel.

    My recent stay at this hotel was unfortunately quite disappointing. While there are a few positives—such as the convenient location with a bus stop right in front, and a lovely terrace surrounded by fragrant flowers—the overall experience fell short.The receptionist was friendly and welcoming, but that was where the good service.More concerning was the attitude of the restaurant staff. On two separate mornings, the waitress shouted across both the hall and the terrace which was full of people to warn guests that breakfast would be ending in five minutes because she “wanted to go home.” All guests gazed at each other in shock and several struck conversations commenting how rude this is.Room cleanliness also left much to be desired. I found hair on the blankets, dust on the bed frame, and over a three-night stay sheets were not refreshed. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here unless there are major improvements in both service quality and housekeeping standards.

    Nice and clean hotel on beautiful Lido. Conveniently located on the island with bus stop just outside and walking distance to the beach and near by restaurants. Easy to get to Venice with the frequent boats. The receptionist Marco was very friendly and helpful. Our waiter Nicola was the best ever providing top service and local recommendations beyond any guide book.

    This hotel truly magical. It is located on perfect location of Island Lido. The island is quiet and peaceful with a lot of greenery and beautiful houses.Hotel has two options for parking, one in front of the hotel which is free of charge and one in the back which is charged, but island is so safe that one in front of the hotel is more than good. Hotel is beautifully decorated in old, Venetian style with such attention to details. Stunning decorations all over the hotel. Hotel and island are well connected with other islands of Venice.Almost all rooms face towards sea which allows you to enjoy sunsets with some glass of wine on the balcony. Cleanliness of the rooms is undoubted, the housekeeping team is doing amazing job. The real superstars of the hotel are the staff. All of them are kind, helpful and with the smile on their faces. The superstar who made our stay 100 times better is Marco from front desk. He welcomed us, upgraded our room and gave best recommendations. If you don’t know which restaurants or places to visit, just ask him and trust me when I say you will have great time. Great kudos to Monica from breakfast restaurant, my wonderful cat person. Thank you for everything and be sure we will come back!
