Location

Venice is 18 km from the hotel and there is an excellent public bus service connecting the hotel to the famous city. Every 20 minutes there is a bus stopping just opposite the hotel and it takes guests to Piazzale Roma. Marco Polo Airport is about 25 km from the hotel.

Facility

40 rooms, including 2 suites, apartments, 7 single rooms and 26 double rooms, are available to guests in a 3-storey main building and 3 auxiliary buildings. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service and a safe are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The holiday village has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The complex has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Other services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. A balcony or terrace is among the standard features in the rooms. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. There is also an ironing set and a trouser press. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Sport

The pleasantly heated water of the outdoor pool area guarantees comfortable swimming. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking and golf are available. With water aerobics and aquafit available, the complex also caters to water sports enthusiasts. Sport and leisure facilities at the holiday village include a gym, table tennis and darts. Various wellness options are available at the complex, including a spa, a sauna, hydrotherapy treatments and a solarium.

Meals

Dining facilities include a breakfast room, a café and a bar. A variety of catering options can be booked. Guests can choose between bed and breakfast and half board. A generous breakfast buffet and dinner are served every day. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals.

    Still special 20 years later!

    Like others who have reviewed, we had stayed here before and remembered it as a special oasis to escape to after busy days in Venice. So, 20 years after our first visit, we returned with our two teens. We were informed that the same family own and manage it - although we didn't meet the owner this time. We were delighted to find the villa and grounds had all had updates and improvements but had retained their charm. We stayed in a separate building at the end of the grounds and, whilst basic, the rooms were comfortable and air con worked very well. We seemed to have the whole building to ourselves! The parking, gorgeous pool and convenient bus stop over the road to Venice are all positives. We actually quite liked the ordering of breakfast in advance as it meant that we could visit the buffet of fruit, yogurt and cereals once and then just relax at our table whilst being served hot drinks and hot food. This made it a relaxing experience compared to the manic breakfast when it is full buffet in other establishments. The young staff are absolutely delightful and charming - going out of their way to help us - a real asset. We hope to be back again in the future.

    Hotel is far away from airport and from Piazzale Rome-Main Bus stand. Good point is, there is a bus stop (Bus 7E) just at 2 minute distance from Hotel, connecting to Piazzale Roma. Pros: 1.Good Garden and open area for morning and evening walk inside Hotel. 2. Good Reception service and Cleaning service 3. Nearby Bus stop to connect with Roma Piazzale (during day time). Cons:- 1. Away from City, Direct bus also takes almost an hour to reach Roma Piazzale. 2. No market nearby

    Having stayed here some 9 years ago when visiting Venice we decided to return as previously it was just wonderful - we were not disappointed! Still a magnificent hotel, very clean, a great breakfast (having to pre-order this time), a good bar at reasonable prices but most importantly the most professional, helpful and kind staff you could ever ask for - they arranged us taxi twice the second time to get us to the airport when we had been let down (again) by pre-booked taxis!An absolute gem!

    A good place to relax combined with visiting Venice and the surrounding area

    The hotel is a beautiful old Venetian style villa set in a large park with swimming pool. It is a great place for those who want to relax a bit and explore Venice and the surrounding area. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel, from which you can take a direct bus to Venice. The service at the hotel is great. She helped us a lot when we had problems with the rental car and the rental company. They did everything to find a way out of the crisis situation, although it did not directly concern the hotel. An additional advantage is a great restaurant located across the street. Also Mirano is a nice town.
