Nice hotel near the old town

Clean room, great customer service and great location near the old town. The room was quite modern with a nice shower and bathroom. Although the room was overlooking a main room, it was very quiet and peaceful. I would definitely recommend.

The room was ok but not exactly like the pictures. Checking in was a bit confusing as you have to go across the road to a different hotel for checking in/out. Parking was not available even though booking.com said there would be so that was a bit annoying but other than that the location was perfect and we enjoyed our stay.

STAY AWAY! Terrible customer service(same as other people have reviewed). We were supposed to live there for one day. Unfortunatly we managed to look at the wrong date something we discovered rigth after booking. Immediately we sendt an email and asked kindly to change date. It was not possible. We even asked to pay a fee to change date. They stoped answer at one point and we had to book again if wanted to stay there. That is such a bad customer service and just exploiting unlucky situations. No doubt we found another hotel.

The location of the rooms can't be beaten - two mins walk to Piazza Bra. The rooms are opposite the Hotel Mastino (you check in and have breakfast here). Spotlessly clean, spacious, modern rooms. The breakfast (at Hotel Mastino opposite) offers a wide variety and delicious sweet pastries - perfect to start the day. This is second time I'd stayed here and wasn't disappointed. I'd highly recommend Air Suites Verona.

My wife and I have just got back from the Air suite in Verona two hours ago, Very nice! From Verona Airport walk outside the Terminal and immediately on your right is a Bus stop, get a Bus just outside the Airport terminal, 6 Euros per head and it's very simple, Taxi quotes 35 euros, I have not got on a bus since I was 10 and found it very easy, once in Verona .when you get off the nice bus, look left, this is where the bus is facing and keep walking, walk over the bridge and walk for 10 mins. after a few zebra crossings keep going straight and on your left is a hotel called Hotel Mastino this is on your left, go in there lovely reception, they gave us wine and let us leave our bags there till we wanted to be escorted to the air suite, the Air suite is opposite you will see two huge wrought Iron Gates! This is your Baby, Sorry for miss-spelling and puncturations but still in the zone , Cant wait to return ! the only compalint we have is the room only has CNN news in English but apart from that very nice, My thanks to Trip adviser as well for there service and I Hope you have a Great time Guys amazing place , Magical cant wait to return Pete Fiona x
