  Perfect hotel

  So pleased we chose this hotel. It was perfect for us. The location was spot on. Quiet and peaceful and a short stroll to the centre, with bars and restaurants very close by. The staff are very pleasant and welcoming, the breakfast was great value, plentiful with hot and cold choices. Our superior king room was great. Comfortable king size bed, large terrace and great bathroom with excellent shower. The hotel is very clean, modern and comfortable, with a gym, sauna, and bar area . I highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay here again.

  Why You Need to Book Your Stay in Verona at This Best Western Plus Hotel

  I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning to stay in Verona for a few days as it is only a 7 minute walk into the city centre. With plenty of history and intriguing sights to see along the way. The main bus station and train station is only a 15 walk from this hotel. Easily doable if you only have cabin size suitcases. The bus going to the airport runs every 20 minutes from 6.10 am in the morning and costs less than 10 euros each and it only takes 15 minutes to get to the airport. The staff at this hotel are very helpful and bilingual. I would definitely recommend purchasing the breakfast with your stay. Everything is freshly made and you can have up to 3 courses exploring all they have on display. Ideal for husbands that love their food and cost effective as you can last until the early afternoon , before wanting food again. The bed in your room is king size and ultra comfortable, with good quality pillows. Thus you have a good nights sleep each night. The only constructive criticism I have about the room is there is limited cupboard space , thus one of you ends up leaving their clothes in your suitcase. There is no evening meal , but the restaurants are close by and if you just want a salad or sandwich and yoghurt the mini markets close around 9pm in the evening. Yes if i visited Verona again , I would definitely book a room and breakfast in this Best Western Plus hotel again

  We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western in Verona and would highly recommend it.From the moment we arrived, we felt very well taken care of. A special thank you to Giovanna at the reception, who was incredibly attentive, kind, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Her service truly made a difference in our experience.The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well maintained, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay.The location is also a big highlight — close to everything, making it easy to explore Verona on foot.We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back!

  Great location, nice hotel but the fact the hotel didn’t provide ar conditioning is unbelievable. We had hot afternoons and no hay to decrease the temperature arianna montresor, Servizi per gli ospiti/front office at Best Western Plus Hotel De Capuleti, responded to this review Dear Richard, in Italy, heating generally stays on until mid-April. We have a wide range of clients, including Italians, who require heating even in months like March and April (evening temperatures are still around 9°C), depending on the outside temperatures. Unfortunately, the equipment cannot physically operate both heating and cooling at the same time, as they would obviously conflict. We turned on the air conditioning on April 8th due to the rising temperatures, but I think given the time of year, it's understandable that not all hotels have air conditioning on... we're not talking about months like June or July!   Great stay in Verona!

  Best Western Plus Hotel De' Capuleti is an excellent hotel. It is in walking distance both from the railway station (15-20 min.) and from the city centre (10 min.).My room was very good, with a comfortable bed. Insulation from utside noise was perfect, insulation from nearby rooms was not so good.The bathroom was also very good.
