Great ambience on the roof terrace with fantastic food, drinks and service. The location of the hotel is great for exploring the city and surrounding areas. Great hotel in old town Verona

Stayed here 3 nights in what is a lovely hotel with a majestic interior and a great location within the old town and easy walking distance of all the sights The front of house team are great from the minute you arrive in providing a smooth check-in to explaining where you are within the town and providing a map then overmarked with suggestions of this to seeThe hotel provides a lovely breakfast with again welcoming staff and also has a rooftop bar and restaurant which we used each day. Bar prices are somewhat steep and the level of service on our last night was disappointing given 5 staff, the bar very quiet and we were not approached for another drink. Great hotel for the opera.

Really lovely hotel in heart of Verona. What makes it are the staff. Without exception they were friendly and helpful. It is traditional in style with antique furniture and lots of marble which works well with the building and location. We were on the second floor and didn’t hear any noise. The rooftop terrace is a must do, if a bit on the pricey side. This is a great hotel, and this was our second stay there. The hotel is within the old town and an easy walk to all of the shopping, restaurants and the arena. The hotel is gorgeously appointed. The rooms are not huge but easily accommodate a king bed and ample room for clothes. The bed and linens are top notch and the bathroom was relatively large. The service is impeccable and we have never met friendlier and accommodating front desk staff. All of their recommendations were perfect from restaurants to day trips and local sights. The hotel is quiet and the public areas are grand. We enjoyed dinner on the rooftop with great sunsets. It was extremely hot in Verona this week and I am happy to report that the AC was great. The breakfast was delicious with a wide range of offerings. The only downside is that the majority of rooms don’t have any real views. I would gladly return to this perfect hotel.
