    Absolutely wonderful customer service!We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. We were upgraded to a suite that had a separate bedroom, a lovely living room and a large bathroom. The rooms faced a busy street since the hotel is located in the centre of Verona. It was very easy to walk to all the places we wanted. There was some noise from the street but being on the 4th floor it didn’t bother us. Maybe being on a lower floor it would be more bothersome. There’s an amazing breakfast included that is brought to your room at the time of your choosing. Many delicious choices and very generous. All in all, we had a great stay in this hotel and really appreciate their warm and genuine hospitality.     Like a home away from home - a true delight in a perfect location

    I stumbled across this hotel when wanting to extend my stay in Verona and can’t imagine a better find ! From the moment Mihad answered my (numerous) questions - to the welcome on arrival - to the incredible breakfast made to order and set up in the room each morning, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Everyone who works there - Valentina the manager, Ivan at night, Adriana (and one other night guy whose name I fortunately forget - but you know who you are :) always had a smile and were ready to help. The room was large and super comfortable. Yes as some noted there can be some street noise depending on the room but I didn’t find it bothersome at all - and I imagine it was even higher as it was christmas week. I would go back in a heartbeat !     Great location , wonderful and so accommodating staff . They followed up with us to make sure our time in Verona was seamless.     Rarely I slept so well

    The all suite hotel is located few meters away from the arena. It’s a modern hotel very efficient and with particularly well trained employees that are friendly and helpful to customers. Don’t expect a hall or any other common living area. The rooms are space and fully equipped. I praise the illumination in the bathroom that I rarely have seen so well thought of, even my wife was so satisfied that claimed to see “even the non existing wrinkles”.Breakfast is only served in the rooms which are large and with plenty of storage space.     Before our 2 night stay here, we were concerned about some of the negative reviews we read, but they must have been written before the renovation earlier this year. We enjoyed our stay and our spacious and clean room. Adrianna at the desk was lovely to us throughout our stay and was very helpful. The walk to the opera was 1/2 block away. Despite the crowds, the hotel was quiet. My wife’s only complaint was the very firm mattress with no box spring. If the hotel upgraded the beds and the bedding (including the lumpy pillows), it would be close to a 5 star experience.
