    Loved this hotel. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Everywhere looked new and immaculately clean. Room was lovely and very well designed. Breakfast was lovely and the dining area was very spacious. Great location too. Within very easy reach of all of the main attractions. Would highly recommend 😊

    A great hotel. The staff was very kind. The front desk guy, Benjamin?, seems like a very nice and caring person. He seemed concerned about my well being. He told me to call front desk if I needed help with anything. He ended up calling my room himself to check up on me. When it was time for me to leave, he even came himself w/o request to come help me. I've never had a staff so concerned about my well being. He should get a promotion.I didn't get to stay long at this hotel. Hotel is also beautiful. Location is very convenient. So, I hope to return back here and see more of Verona.

    I stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed my time. The room and bathroom were lovely and very clean. The location is convenient, about a 15-minute walk to the centre. Receptionists and barman were extremely kind, friendly, and professional, which made the stay very pleasant.Breakfast was average, but since it was included in the price, it was perfectly fine. The only downside was that there were no USB charging ports in the room, which would have been useful.Overall, a comfortable and welcoming stay — I would recommend it.
