    A lovely hotel with comfortable and spacious rooms. A big plus for the mattresses, which were exceptionally comfortable, and the large beds. First-class comfort – excellent!The hotel is very well located, only a 5–10 minute walk from Piazza Bra and the Arena di Verona, which made our stay in Verona much easier and more enjoyable.As for the areas that could be improved, the breakfast selection could perhaps be a little better. For example, freshly prepared eggs cooked to order and fresh orange juice would be a welcome addition.The elevators are quite slow, and the call-button system is somewhat impractical. There is only one button instead of separate up and down buttons, so sometimes you end up travelling in the opposite direction unnecessarily if the elevator was previously called by someone going that way.Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and were particularly impressed by the comfort of the rooms and the excellent location.

    Amazing romantic holiday in Verona

    Great 6 night trip we just had.The hotel staff are all amazing, they were kind enough to give us an early check in, a room upgrade and arranged vegetables for our breakfast. The service is very personable and we honestly felt so at ease and happy.The hotel itself is in a great location, 10 to 15 min walk to the centre. 10 min walk to the train station. Its a great looking hotel and very well maintained!Gave 5* vibes.Special mention to Georgia and Chiara but honestly all staff were great! Will definitely book this hotel if we return to Verona.

    An excellent room and excellent breakfast, catered very well for allergies. Didn’t try bar nor restaurant in evening. Great base for centre of town with a very doable 15 minute walk.

    I stayed at this hotel twice and it never disappoints! It’s a beautiful place, very nicely decorated. Position is great too! Rooms are nicely appointed, very clean and roomy. Bathrooms are nice and roomy as well. (Only thing: personally I’d like to have shampoo and conditioner, not just one “all purpose” product).AC worked great on very hot summer days. Rooms are pretty soundproof since I didn’t hear any noise coming from outside or hallway. Breakfast was good with plenty of different foods to choose from. And last but not least personnel is very welcoming, friendly and efficient! I would highly recommend this hotel!

    Lovely hotel. Breakfast was fine. Not amazing. Room clean excellent air conditioning. Lovely and helpful front desk. I found Verona a bit boring. Went to opera and did a bus tour. If I did this again I would have only stayed 24 hours. Not two days. Venice or Florence could use more time
