  First time visiting Verona and the Hotel Giulietta e Romeo is placed perfectly to visit all the tourist spots. Tucked just off the main square, the room was clean and modern and had recently been renovated. (Great shower) Clean and comfortable but I would say you could hear every single person walking up the main staircase whilst in the room - unfortunately. Service was ok, basics were covered. Breakfast was a good choice.   I would stay again, without question. Loved it!

  Really loved this hotel. Great staff, who went out of their way to get you checked-in and make sure you knew what the hotel had to offer. Great location, close to restaurants, shopping and of course the "Juliet Balcony". The room was large, clean and comfortable. The minibar was stocked and free. There was a fully stocked "snack drawer" in the room, which was also free. There is a hot tub for 2, which can be booked in advance. We did not use it but seems like a very nice amenity. Reception desk closes at night but you also have private access to the Juliet Courtyard at night, which seems like a fair tradeoff to me.   Great location, staff was very helpful. Easy to get to, lots of good shops, food and gelato close by. We loved our one night stay and wish it could have been more.   Excellent hotel, with a great location. 20 minute walk from train station, we were offered an upgrade on the room we had booked. The rooms are modern and spacious. Location is excellent.   Excellent hotel in a great location. Modern and new. Exceptionally helpful and friendly receptionists. I asked for a room at the back away from the lifts. That is exactly what I got. And it wasn’t just by chance. The receptionist was able to quote back to me what I had requested. Impressive!The room ( 108) is well laid out. Excellent lighting. It has a fridge and a safe. Good quiet AC. USB sockets. Good hair dryer. Nespresso-type machine.The bathroom is small but spotlessly clean. The shower is narrow but well designed. Lights can be switched on from inside the bathroom, so I avoid disturbing my companion. The en-suite has a solid sliding door.Breakfast is very good. Plenty of choice. Hot and cold buffet. Good quick coffee machine. The breakfast room staff too are excellent.There is a good restaurant right next door. Wide menu. Delicious pasta. Next time I’ll try something other than pizza, but last night after we arrived I just wanted comfort food.We will definitely be back!
