The hotel was built in 1920. Guests have a choice of 5 suites, 4 single rooms and 53 double rooms located in two 4-storey buildings with lifts.     We just stayed three nights here and had the best experience! We had a quiet room overlooking the garden with lots of room. Wonderful shower! An easy walk to the train station and a very manageable walk or scooter into the city center. The entire staff was very friendly and there was someone to walk you through a map of the city upon arrival. I appreciated the fruit and herb infused water daily. We did not have the breakfast. Encountered no issues and would gladly stay here again and highly recommend.     Great hotel! It's an excellent location (not far from the train station, but far enough from all of the congestion associated with the main square, the Coliseum and Romeo and Juliet.) It's clean, comfortable and has a fantastic breakfast. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful particularly the two bartenders who work the bar from happy hour to close.
