Lovely hotel, great staff , very clean Disappointed with evening restaurant experience apart from french fries which were the best chips Ive ever had Emerlon? On the bar was such a great young man, so personable and helpful

Very poor experience, air con non existent, bathroom plugs do not drain water and almost caused flooding in the shower, only one towel provided after the cleaner came in, sick not cleaned up outside the breakfast room, very rude staff especially one in particular, one plug to charge our devices, hairdryer was on its way out and felt like it was going to blow up at any point and the lobby has dirty seating areas. Needs a renovation and would only give this a 2 star hotel. The only plus was it was located in walking distance to Verona shops etc

Do not book this awfulHotel !! Staff rude unhelpful . Reception desk very rude staff especially one of them older male . It’s dirty settles are dirty in the bar No help with the air on rooms. Very hot !! Do not book this place it’s terrible

Location is a decent walk out of the centre. Taxis are available if you don’t like walking in the heat. The deluxe room was spacious, but aging, ceiling tiles loose in main room, bathroom was in need of refurb, dirty grout, bath was enamel but very marked. On plus side, towels clean, bath products okay. Staff on reception ranged to very helpful to downright ignorant. No ‘thanks for staying’ on check out. Bar staff were great, maybe take a leaf out of their book for reception team.
