    Hotel with a Historical feel

    rating25 Sept 2025

A very cosy and private hotel. We had a clear view of Juliet's Balcony (Casa De Giullieta), right opposite our hotel room window Also a courtyard below the hotel where stage plays are performed every night and could be seen and heard from our room window. Excellent service in all respects and very helpful staff.

Scammers to attract you there by lying on commodities and services then bill your credit card without authorization

    rating14 Oct 2024

The owner of the hotel robbed us for 1160 Euros more than 1 week after de reservation. We made a reservation at this hotel specifically because they said they offer parking on site at 15 Euros or Valet parking for 30 Euros. My wife and I were traveling with our 6 months old with a stroller and a lot of luggage, so this was very important to us. A few days before our arrival, they told us that they don’t have parking or valet on site but that we could come close to the hotel to drop of the luggage and then go park the car 15 MIN AWAY from the hotel ! At that point I was frustrated but decided to go with it, but the day before we arrived, they sent us a message saying that we can’t really come close to the hotel because of construction, and we should park the car far away and take a taxi to get to them. Really?! With all the luggage and a stroller and a baby ? Not possible. I asked them to cancel our reservation because they could not respect what they promised. They never accepted and tried to convince us to find stop the car somewhere “not that far from the hotel”, have my wife walk with all the luggage and the stroller and the baby to the hotel while I go park the park 15 min from there. We then decided to cancel and get another venue. This is where they never accepted our cancellation. They even stop answering the phone or answering messages from Expedia who wanted to negotiate the cancelation with them. We finaly went to The Relais Opera - way nicer and they actually offer valet service for real. After exchanging a few messages with Le Giulietta, I realized that it’s all a strategy to say they offer tons of services and commodities that they don’t really do (as another example, they don’t offer laundry service) just to attract clients and when you get there, they just give you some excuses with a big smile. I find that way of doing business unacceptable. I’m expecting more for the price they ask, for example : check in after 6PM is considered “late check-in” and they seem to think they are making you a favor after that time. We will be taking this matter further with the authorities as we think we were robbed.

A beautiful hotel overlooking a special balcony

    rating16 Jul 2024

We stayed at Le Suite Di Giulietta to celebrate our 33rd Wedding Anniversary attending the Opera (Carmen) in the evening. A beautiful Hotel situated in the heart of Verona looking no less than over Juilet's balcony. The room (deluxe suite) was tastefully presented, spotlessly clean throughout with the largest bath tub I have ever seen situated in the bedroom area. Verona is a stunning city and you will quickly fall in love with everything Italian, equally, you will fall just as quick in love with your host Kristina, whom like the city is vibrant, energised, beautiful and is truely out to make your stay special. Breakfast was very good and you can sit on the small balcony overlooking a rather special historic one. A beautiful Hotel, in a beautiful location with a beautiful host - we could have not asked for more. Thank you

    Not great stay

    rating04 Sept 2023

We were in a standard room. The standard room was very poor and dirty in places including the sheets which were stained and dirty bedside lockers. We have sent pictures to management and hope these will be rectified for future guests ! The hotel has a good location and maybe it is different in other rooms but I would not recommend staying in the standard rooms! It was very disappointing!

Good location, but would not rate it as a 3* hotel

    rating28 Aug 2023

The location is very central and whilst set in a busy part of Verona, is very quiet. The room was clean and well equipped but beware that reception is not staffed all day. We arrived on a weekday in the early afternoon and the front door was locked and there was no response from the door bell or phone and no notice to indicate reception was closed. After about 15 minutes and a few phone calls and enquiries at a nearby bar, someone turned up and we gained access. The notice in the room says reception is open all day from 7am - this was not the case during our three day stay in mid August. However, once we had keys all was fine. Breakfast was OK and Kristina, who was on hand, was great. We missed her on her day off as things were not quite as organised! We would rate this accommodation as rooms with breakfast, not a 3* hotel. Our room did not overlook the balcony, but was a good size and comfortable.
