    Good Mid-Price Hotel

    This is not a luxury hotel, but we found it very comfortable and it was conveniently placed for the Verona Horse Show. The staff were consistently polite and friendly throughout our stay. A shout out to the nice lady who warned us that breakfast was finishing and eventually asked us to leave because they needed to set up for lunch. She did so with exemplary tact and diplomacy. I would have given them five stars, but the air-conditioning was not working. A temporary problem, I assume.     Excellent Hotel with Parking

    We have stayed in a Leonardo Hotel before and were pleasantly surprised. So when we saw this hotel in Verona we had to give it a try. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted by the friendly staff. The lobby is bright and welcoming. Our room was clean and quiet. There is free parking on premises. Breakfast is available, but optional. It took about 15 minutes to drive to the Centrale Parking Garage (the staff recommended it as large and inexpensive) from the hotel. From there it was only a short walk to the Arena. Be careful on the sidewalk: you share it with bicycles! If you're coming from the US like us, you might not be familiar with this chain of hotels, but you won't be disappointed. Highly recommend, especially if you're driving. Hint: the rate at the desk was less than the rate we found on Booking.com. Also, join their free rewards program for a 10% discount on your stay.     Amazing service and clean rooms

    The service in this hotel was amazing! When we arrived in our room, the shower was leaking and we were given a new room immediately! Furthermore, the staff were very welcoming! Our room was clean and a good size! The only downside was the location. We did not have a car so had to use taxis at night. The bus to Verona in the morning from the hotel was fine. However the service stops quite early, I think about 6.30pm. This meant that we had to use taxis to get back at night. The taxis were around €14-€20 from the centre of Verona to the hotel. However, since you are paying less due to the location for the room I would say that it is still fine, just something worth bearing in mind!     NO IRON!

    NO IRON! Really. Not one in the entire hotel apparently. I'm not bothered by luxuries but access to an iron is pretty basic and the advice to go to a laundry service 1.7km away just doesn't cut it. I am here on business, it's 35º so I have a linen shirt (my colleague has a linen dress) and tomorrow we'll be going to go to our meetings looking a mess. The fact that most other things seem ok just disappears compared to this.     Convenient stay

    A modern hotel in industrial area of Verona, very far away from center. Unpleasant environment, not to walk, especially in the night. Convenient to me at the time, due to proximity of work. Cozy room. A little bit sloppy in cleaning, but nothing very serious.Good for short stay.Very helpful and sympathetic receptionist.Nice detail: they accept dogs which is very difficult to find in Italy.
