Great Service
15 Oct 2026
The hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop with direct transit to the city centre. The receptionist, Francesco, was incredibly attentive and friendly. He went above and beyond to resolve an issue with our first room by quickly providing us with an alternative.

Good Mid-Price Hotel
10 Nov 2024
This is not a luxury hotel, but we found it very comfortable and it was conveniently placed for the Verona Horse Show. The staff were consistently polite and friendly throughout our stay. A shout out to the nice lady who warned us that breakfast was finishing and eventually asked us to leave because they needed to set up for lunch. She did so with exemplary tact and diplomacy. I would have given them five stars, but the air-conditioning was not working. A temporary problem, I assume. Gian Luca Rizzi, Other at Leonardo Hotel Verona, responded to this review Dear Guest,Your feedback regarding your recent stay with us is certainly appreciated. It's fantastic to know that you found our hotel to be comfortable and conveniently located for your visit to the Verona Horse Show. Our team aims to provide a friendly and helpful service, and it's heartening to hear that you recognised this throughout your stay. The staff member you mentioned will be especially pleased to hear your kind words. However, I regret to hear about the issue with the air-conditioning. Please accept our apologies for any discomfort caused. It is surely not representative of the usual high standards we strive to maintain.Looking forward to welcoming you back at Hotel Leonardo Verona in the near future.Best regards,

Excellent Hotel with Parking
16 Oct 2024
We have stayed in a Leonardo Hotel before and were pleasantly surprised. So when we saw this hotel in Verona we had to give it a try. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted by the friendly staff. The lobby is bright and welcoming. Our room was clean and quiet. There is free parking on premises. Breakfast is available, but optional. It took about 15 minutes to drive to the Centrale Parking Garage (the staff recommended it as large and inexpensive) from the hotel. From there it was only a short walk to the Arena. Be careful on the sidewalk: you share it with bicycles! If you're coming from the US like us, you might not be familiar with this chain of hotels, but you won't be disappointed. Highly recommend, especially if you're driving. Hint: the rate at the desk was less than the rate we found on Booking.com. Also, join their free rewards program for a 10% discount on your stay. Gian Luca Rizzi, Other at Leonardo Hotel Verona, responded to this review Dear Tony,Your warm words and detailed review are truly appreciated. It's delightful to know that our friendly staff made a good impression right from your arrival and you found our hotel to be clean and quiet. We are glad that you were able to take advantage of our convenient location and free parking. It's also great to know that you found our breakfast options satisfactory and that our recommendations were helpful to you. Your kind recommendation and hints for future guests are valuable, and we are grateful that you took the time to share them. Thank you for choosing to stay with us, and we look forward to welcoming you back whenever your travels bring you to Verona again.Best regards,

Amazing service and clean rooms
13 Aug 2024
The service in this hotel was amazing! When we arrived in our room, the shower was leaking and we were given a new room immediately! Furthermore, the staff were very welcoming! Our room was clean and a good size! The only downside was the location. We did not have a car so had to use taxis at night. The bus to Verona in the morning from the hotel was fine. However the service stops quite early, I think about 6.30pm. This meant that we had to use taxis to get back at night. The taxis were around €14-€20 from the centre of Verona to the hotel. However, since you are paying less due to the location for the room I would say that it is still fine, just something worth bearing in mind! Gian Luca Rizzi, Other at Leonardo Hotel Verona, responded to this review Dear JasmineWe appreciate you taking the time to share your evaluation with us.We hope to see you again soon!Best regards

NO IRON!
15 Jul 2024
NO IRON! Really. Not one in the entire hotel apparently. I'm not bothered by luxuries but access to an iron is pretty basic and the advice to go to a laundry service 1.7km away just doesn't cut it. I am here on business, it's 35º so I have a linen shirt (my colleague has a linen dress) and tomorrow we'll be going to go to our meetings looking a mess. The fact that most other things seem ok just disappears compared to this. Gian Luca Rizzi, Other at Leonardo Hotel Verona, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for taking the time to share your impressions, which we have taken note of in order to improve our performance. We hope to welcome you back in the future.
