    Do yourself a favour and NEVER book with them

    I booked the stay for 20 people in booking.com where automatically group policy is applied. This meant that free cancelation and payment can be made 30 days before the stay. 3 months before the stay all the money had been taken from the card without my consent. I asked booking.com why did this happen - they told me to ask the hotel. So I did. They told me that they would get in touch with booking.com. 21 days go past so I ask them if they have any updates. Then 20 days later I finally get a response from the general manager Gabriela. I will quote my favourite lines from her message "I already told you that we didn’t charged your credit card!!! Booking.Com do it so ask them why!!!!!", "We charged the credit card of Booking.Com after they charged you!!!" "Ask them why!!". I had been nothing but polite and this is what the GENERAL MANAGER responds with. All I wanted was to be assured that I would be able to cancel a room + they had said that they will contact booking.com. After that I contacted booking.com again. Long story short - I couldn't cancel the room even if I did it on time. The hotel could had canceled it but they didn't. Now let's talk about the actual stay.On the second day of the stay there were only scraps of food left at the breakfast buffet and it was only 7.10 AM! The breakfast started at 7AM. From 7.10AM till 8AM no food was refilled. By 8AM we all had left.The housekeeping had thrown the clothes that were on the bed on the floor(carpet) when making the beds and didn't pick them up. I doubt that the carpet gets ever deep cleaned so it wasn't pleasant wearing these dirty clothes.From around 10PM till 2AM there were people partying in the hallway and shouting and you can easily hear them.Dear all, please don't support this hotel by booking a stay with them. This has been a total nightmare and I woudn't want anyone to experience what we did.

    For staying a few nights is good hotel. It is comfort bed, good food, nice and welcoming stuff. It is placed in at night quite neighborhood, below is market and cosmetic shop. I'll recommend hotel.

    Hotel is very very smelling , all with carpets and the room carpets is smelling bad . They don’t change sheets they just fix the bed . They say free parking but is 10 euros . We pay the city taxes and the next day they told us that they need more money again for the city taxes and they insisted that we have make the mistake but we told them when we arrive to pay everything what we have to pay and we pay the amount that they ask us for the city taxes ,and next day they ask us another €55 and they insist that is our fold how it can be our fold if we ask him to pay when we arrived?.and why they give us the rooms (3) keys? Some of the working people are not kind at all . Generally they try to take more money with different ways . Not recommended at all. If someone make shower in other rooms you can hear a very hi sound eating you brain and ears . Lights problems A/C problems ,dirty , no plug work in the room we have to take out the tv or refrigerator.do not book it

    HOTEL IS VERY VERY STICKY AND SMELLING , ALL WITH CARPETS AND THE ROOM CARPETS IS SMELLING BUT . THEY DON’T CHANGE SHEETS THEY JUST FIX THE SHEETS AGAIN. THEY SAY FREE PARKING BUT IS 10 EUROS . WE PAY THE CITY TAXES AND THE NEXT DAY THEY TOLD AS THAT THEY NEED MORE MONEY AGAIN FOR THE CITY TAXES AND THEY INSISTED THAT WE HAVE MAKE THE MISTAKE BUT WE TOLD THEM WHEN WE ARRIVE TO PAY EVERYTHING WHAT WE HAVE TO . SOME OF THE WORKING PEOPLE ARE NOT KIND AT ALL . GENERALLY THEY TRY TO TAKE MORE MONEY WITH DIFFERENT WAYS . NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. IF SOMEONE MAKE SHOWER IN OTHER ROOMS YOU CAN HEAR A VERY HI SOUND EATING YOU BRAIN

    I would like to express my serious dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your establishment. I experienced extremely poor customer service, with staff even threatening to call the police, which is completely unacceptable. The room I was given had issues with the air conditioning and was both damp and moldy, which is far below an acceptable standard.I expect this matter to be taken very seriously, and for immediate actions to be taken to improve both staff behavior and the quality of your accommodations.
