Very central hotel by the Arena amphitheater. Walkable to everything. Staff are friendly and wonderful. Went out of their way to help resolve my car rental problems. Beautiful roof top bar. Would definitely recommend.

Outstanding Stay in the Heart of Verona – Highly Recommended!

    rating09 Oct 2026

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Milano & SPA, and it exceeded our expectations in every way!We were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to a suite, which was a lovely surprise. The suite was beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally well appointed. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel truly valued as guests. The breakfast was excellent, with a wonderful selection of delicious, high-quality food. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of Verona, within easy walking distance of the city's main attractions, restaurants, and shops. Having convenient parking was another major advantage, especially since we were traveling by car.Everything about our stay was enjoyable, from the warm hospitality to the excellent accommodations and prime location. We would definitely choose Hotel Milano & SPA again when visiting Verona. An outstanding experience and an easy five stars!

    Fantastic stay

    rating01 Oct 2026

We had a fantastic experience staying here for our honeymoon. The location is amazing and the terrace overlooking the arena is spectacular. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was really good. The staff were so friendly and helpful and made our stay amazing. They recommended restaurants for us and on the last day packed us a breakfast bag to go as we had to leave before the breakfast service began. Highly recommend staying here!

Best customer I have ever witnessed

    rating29 Sept 2026

We have just returned from a 2 night stay in the Milano hotel in Verona. I can say we experienced the best customer service I have ever experienced in a hotel from arrival to departure all the staff we met were happy, always smiling and always willing to help. Breakfast was lovely the manager even remembered our coffee and tea order the following morning. The room was a bit small but perfect for a city break and Verona is so lovely you won't be spending much time in your room. Overall a wonderful Hotel in a wonderful location with some of the best customer service around. The sky bar was amazing too ??. would highly recommend and will definitely stay again if we are back in Verona.
