Location

This hotel is located in Busselengo, a small town near Gardaland. Guests will find restaurants, bars, shops and links to the public transport network in the immediate vicinity and nightlife spots are some 300 metres away. Lake Garda and its beach is a 15-minute journey on public transport, while the centre of Verona and the train station are approximately 20 minutes away. Verona Airport is around 10 km away.

    Great hotel, amazing staff, good beds, nice view from the 11th floor and great breakfast.The staff on the reception was extremely polite and friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the room was a very good size for 4 people. The bathroom was also quite big. The breakfast had an amazing variety of various foods, local products and the staff was always there to help.Would definitely recommend and most probably we will revisit it.     It's not a 4 stars hotel, 2 stars max.Pros- Decent beds- Okish breakfast although the eggs are always coldCons- 1 power socket only near the bed- Some of the staff fairly rude and it's unfair for the rest of people working there: At breakfast a staff woman from Africa was shouting heavily towards her italian colleague in front of all guests. There were handymen carrying out works and they had the classic bully attitude challenging guests. In particular I noticed one of these guys, short and with a neck tattoo blocking the path of some of the guests, I noticed him more than once doing so.- For showers you must hop onto a bathtub, which I noticed being a bit of a challenge if you have mobility issues.- Wifi doesn't exist inside the bedrooms, you must stay in the hall to use your devices and sometimes not even there.- On a Wednesday evening the hotel staff hosted an event for non-guests from outside the hotel, the little parking spot reserved to guests was completely taken away from this outsiders. Staff couldn't think about reserving some spots for clients. I ended up parking in a shopping center about 1 km away from the hotel.- Heavy noises due to some works their doing, enjoy your 8am drilling, best alarm clock, if you're on holidays and want to slip a bit longer. Additionally, please note that construction work begins at 10 a.m., and we made every effort to ensure it would not disrupt our guests' stay.Lastly, we would like to remind you that our reception is open 24/7, and our staff is always available to assist with any concerns.     I will come again with pleasure next year.In the vicinity of Gardaland ,Caneva ,also the beautiful towns Lasize ,Sirmione,Verona .I recommend this hotel to Everyone .

    The room was very spacious and the beds very large snd comfortable. Also the bathroom was bigger than in most of the other hotels. Towels were of very good quality. The staff was super nice and friendly

    perfect location , perfect staff , perfect breakfast .the cleaning of the room and the hotel is excelent . i will come back , and i will recommend to others .there are supermarket near the hotel , resturants , and all you need is near the hotel..
