  Disappointing experience

  I stayed at this hotel for three nights with my daughter and my one-year-old grandson. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious, and the beds are comfortable.However, for a hotel at this price point, we were very disappointed by the lack of basic amenities. There were no bathrobes, slippers, kettle, or iron in the room. When we asked about ironing facilities, we were directed to a small room on the ground floor that looked like an under-stairs storage area. It contained an old steamer, which frequently broke down. As a result, there were queues every morning with guests waiting to steam their clothes. The alternative was the hotel’s laundry service, which charged €10.40 to iron a single dress.The air conditioning was also poorly designed. The unit is positioned at floor level, leaving the floor uncomfortably cold while the rest of the room remained far too warm.We also ordered breakfast through room service. Unfortunately, the food arrived cold because it was transported uncovered on a trolley through the lift and along the corridors to our room. The coffee was cold, the scrambled eggs had dried out on top, and the bacon was cold as well.While the hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable, the lack of expected amenities and the poor room service were disappointing, especially considering the price. Sadly, I would not choose to stay here again. Alternatively, as you mentioned, we are happy to provide a clothes steamer free of charge, which can be used in our designated area near the reception.Regarding the air conditioning, we appreciate your note and will review the climate control so that guests can enjoy a comfortable temperature throughout the room. Our reception team is available 24/7 to assist with any adjustments.Your feedback regarding room service is very unusual for us, but we will certainly share it with our team to ensure our standards are met.   Friendly staff, Spacious and clean room, Easy check-in and check-out, great location, Nice restaurant. Being a vegetarian, they proposed appropriate menu for us. Food was delicious. Many thanks to hands behind.

  Great hotel, amazing staff, good beds, nice view from the 11th floor and great breakfast.The staff on the reception was extremely polite and friendly. The beds were very comfortable and the room was a very good size for 4 people. The bathroom was also quite big. The breakfast had an amazing variety of various foods, local products and the staff was always there to help.Would definitely recommend and most probably we will revisit it.   It's not a 4 stars hotel, 2 stars max.Pros- Decent beds- Okish breakfast although the eggs are always coldCons- 1 power socket only near the bed- Some of the staff fairly rude and it's unfair for the rest of people working there: At breakfast a staff woman from Africa was shouting heavily towards her italian colleague in front of all guests. There were handymen carrying out works and they had the classic bully attitude challenging guests. In particular I noticed one of these guys, short and with a neck tattoo blocking the path of some of the guests, I noticed him more than once doing so.- For showers you must hop onto a bathtub, which I noticed being a bit of a challenge if you have mobility issues.- Wifi doesn't exist inside the bedrooms, you must stay in the hall to use your devices and sometimes not even there.- On a Wednesday evening the hotel staff hosted an event for non-guests from outside the hotel, the little parking spot reserved to guests was completely taken away from this outsiders. Staff couldn't think about reserving some spots for clients. I ended up parking in a shopping center about 1 km away from the hotel.- Heavy noises due to some works their doing, enjoy your 8am drilling, best alarm clock, if you're on holidays and want to slip a bit longer. Due to ongoing construction work for our new congress center, only half of the parking area is currently available. However, the Sorelle Ramonda shopping center, located just 200 meters from our hotel, offers free parking for our guests, and we are unsure if that was the same parking facility you used. Additionally, please note that construction work begins at 10 a.m., and we made every effort to ensure it would not disrupt our guests' stay.Lastly, we would like to remind you that our reception is open 24/7, and our staff is always available to assist with any concerns.   I will come again with pleasure next year.In the vicinity of Gardaland ,Caneva ,also the beautiful towns Lasize ,Sirmione,Verona .I recommend this hotel to Everyone .
