    We were only in Verona one night. We got in around 12pm and asked to leave our bags. We were delighted when the found us a room that was available and checked us in. The front desk was very friendly with anything we needed. They assisted us in calling to make a reservation to a Ristorante we very much wanted to try. They broke a 50 Euro for me as well. No request went unattended. The location is a short walk from the bus and train station and was easy with both a carry on and checked bag. We didn't try the breakfast but it did smell wonderful when we were checking out the next day and we wondered if we should have tried it. Rooms were clean. There was a bottle of natural and spring water in the room no charge. If we get a chance to come back to Verona as we would like to, we would definitely stay here again.

    Had a great stay at this hotel with my son The room was spotlessly clean & attended to every day. The whole hotel is fresh & bright. Breakfast was a good selection & staff very friendly . As others have said the location for public transport is excellent & although a good walk to the centre of Verona & not ideal for any mobility problems, it is flat all the way & with a few shops + restaurants / cafes making it a relaxing & safe walk. One thing I’d ask the hotel to consider is some kind of outdoor seating area as they don’t have any relaxing lounge area other than reception & there’s a large enclosed (unused) patio at the front ! Another tip - ignore pics on various sites of older looking bedrooms- this is the old part of the hotel which isn’t used currently. Only the new modern part !Verona fantastic & this hotel is fantastic & comfortable! Can’t go wrong ! .Thanks everyone at Rossi

    We only stayed here for two nights but really wish we'd had longer. This is a great hotel, close to the train and bus station in Verona. The hotel is modern and clean, staff are super friendly and the rooms were great for our short break. We paid for a breakfast and it was lovely with a great continental choice of food.We had a maid service which we really weren't expecting on a two night stay.It is about a 20 minute walk into the main centre but buses are easy to use if you prefer and hotel will also get you a taxi which is around £10.The atmosphere in the centre is brilliant, Verona is a beautiful city with so much to see. There are so many restaurants each one we ate at was excellent. We also found a great rooftop bar with views over the arena.Whilst in Verona we visited Sirmione which was stunning and easy to get to by train then a ferry.We would definitely use this hotel again.

    A clean hotel with friendly staff. However, be prepared to use the city buses (their not-so-obvious ticketing system and timetables) if you aren't a good walker.
